I would advise to continue tracking your calories, exercising and consuming Diet Whey daily, then review your progress after around four weeks. “Taste and texture of their protein powders is the best I have had, even with water. I look forward to drinking them unlike other brands. Results seem consistent with other brands if not better.”

“I love your products however I tried to change my order as I’d ordered to little and the response time from customer services was too slow so you missed out on a sale, also delivery time is slow. I think you could do better and it would be a bit more profitable for the company, great products but you can definitely do a little more”

“I found the website very user friendly. I was looking for something new to try so found the information about what the product is for, nutritional info and how to use really useful. The item arrived very quickly and promptly, I cannot fault the service at all. However, I found the actual product awful. It went really gloopy after mixing and turned a green colour..... not very appetising. I tried mixing this product with both water and almond milk and adding more liquid to try and get a runnier consistency but still struggled to get it down. Sorry it is not for me.”
