“Delivery with PDP is awful. They don’t knock on the door or ring the bell, nor use their initiative to call when they can’t exactly find the location of the property. Then they just send it to the local shop, with a picture of the property taken to cover themselves, for you to collect. Not worth the £5 delivery charge.”

“I know, since 1-1-2020, we have the 'Brexit'. Is it possible, for customers outside UK, to tell them, there will be a customs clearance (duty/tax due on the shipment). I know, I have to deal with it, but I was surprised about the amount of money. The rest, thanks for the quick delvery.”

“I ordered a book a couple of weeks ago . I received a different book . After I sent an email the book I ordered was sent to the billing address (Jordan )instead of the shipping address ( Dubia ) I also notified you however I received no reply . I ended up taking the book from Jordan and paying customs which would have been unnecessary if my book was sent to Dubai . The book was damaged and now I have to send it to Dubai . I think the whole situation was handled poorly .”
