“Ordered a bag of dog food and the item was not dispatched. Contacted you a week later and the order had been forgotten about. Took over 2 weeks to get my order . In the meantime I had to order my dog some food from somewhere else.”

“The dog took to it his new coat like a duck to water and sizing of the jacket was good too. The issue I have seen is the opening where the lead goes through the coat to attach to the collar as the stitching needs to be re-enforced a couple of times to prevent the hole from ripping opening more than necessary, alternatively make the hole bigger with better stitching.”
