“Stewart was kind , courerous and helpful. When asked , he supplied further Information. He was also on time , neat and careful. I was disappointed that no form of clearing up rat faeces was included . Wr are still waiting for 1 further visit to check on consumption of poison. No bodies were found in the loft and only 1 in the garden.”

“Having had an expensive quote from one of the best-known firms, we looked for a cheaper solution. The man came, squirted his pesticide into the nest, and departed, about 25 minutes after arriving. When I asked if he was going to clear up the nest and the dead wasps covering the loft floor, he said no, that woukd have cost an extra £50. That is the precise difference in price between his quote and the better-known firm. If I had known, I would have gone with the better-known firm. I feel the limited service offered at his price should have been made clear at the point of quotation. The wasps are dead, so no complaints on that score.”

“Pest control were easy to contact and were able to come out quickly. They visited us as many times as needed to fully eradicate the large wasp nest we found in our loft. The gentleman who came out to us kept me updated on what to he was doing and what we should do next.”

“James is very nice and very reassuring and will do what’s necessary to help, but was too broad for our small access, so I am still waiting for his smaller build colleague to come back to spray underneath the floor boards, this was arranged for next day, but then postponed, so the treatment remains unfinished.”

“I was very pleased to see the pest controller . I would like him to have come back 2 days later to remove the wasp nest for me . £90 for 2 minutes work to my mind is not good value for money . Especially for pensioners . So to have had the nest removed a couple of days later would have been great.”
