“Seamus investigated possible rodent presence in a shop with a flat above which I rent to tenants. He was very polite, thorough and explained his findings. He confirmed no rodent presence and produced a detailed report as documentary proof, as an adjoining property had a positive rodent presence. I highly recommend his services. “I was not happy with the service I received, the 2nd visit he didn't remove the rat droppings, only left bait, wasn't in the loft more than 5mins, considering it cost me for the 2 visits 168.00, very disappointed.”

“The agent who attended was prompt & quickly identified the problem. He wore overshoes in the house and arranged backup visits. After the third attendance the problem of visiting mice was resolved. I am very happy with the service.”

The service itself was excellent Kyle explained everything to me and was able to answer questions I would recommend the company and would use them again if necessary although I hopenthis wont be necessary!”
