Hi The item you ordered does take 3 working days to produce plus 2nd class postage which can take up to 7 working days to deliver. If you have still not received this item please contact our Customer Service team on 01388528000 or reply to their email. Kind regards

Let down on delivery time , paid extra for 1st class delivery . My order was placed on the 25th of July but it wasn't delivered until the the 2nd of Aug .

Hi Sean I have looked into this for you and can see we had advised you of the timescales after you contacted us on 30th July. You placed your order on the 25th and this item takes 3 working days to produce plus 1st class postage which is usually up to 3 working days to deliver so this item did arrive in the advertised time frame. It was the quality of the shirt just poor quality for the price the printing on one shirt just merged and did not look like the picture. the other one was good but again the logo just merged wont buy this product again

I ordered this card 1st class which cost me double the amount of the card for it to arrive 1 week later, which is not 1st class service. Aside from that quality of he card was good.

Hi Samuel, I am sorry you were unhappy with the delivery timescale of your order. I can see the card, which we ask you to allow 3 working days to produce, was despatched to you within 24 hrs of our receiving your order. It was sent via Royal Mail 1st class postage which usually takes up to 3 working days to arrive but is not a guaranteed service.

I bought a 30 piece personalised jigsaw for £22.00. It was my mistake I didn't notice how many pieces it was so I was very disappointed as it was a gift for my 80 year old Dad. I was bitterly disappointed with it and it was no where near worth £22.00. I hate leaving this bad review as everything else I have purchased through your company is of excellent quality and good value for money.

We're do i begin firstly the txt on the card i bought didn't read correctly had to complain about that they did offer to resend card but his birthday had all ready gone pointless. Then the flask came on the Sat morning £29.99 I could have got the same flask for half that price at my local jewellers but other than the two items were sent couldn't fault the response i had from hazel very apologetic but after all said and done if you buy online you get what you pay for i won't be buying from this website again.

Considering the cost I was expecting something a little better than a softback A4 book with a small logo on the front cover. Will not be buying again.

I ordered a mens medium t-shirt but what arrived can only be described as an extra small, even though it has a M lable, and for £20 the quality is evidently poor, its pretty much see through. The personalised mug I ordered, however, looks great and I'm very happy with it.

First order did not arrive, this was fixed promptly by Hazel who sorted out another despatch and wrote a very good 'customer email'. Good service when something had gone wrong. However - print quality on T shirt is really poor, particuarly the Saints logos which are very blurred. Disappointed and have decided I can't give it to my brother as his Christmas present. T shirt will become a bed shirt for me, sadly.

Extremely disappointed that the coasters, being a Christmas present, arrived packaged in two plastic bags!!! As a personalised gift I expected them to be in a box or other presentation wrapping - shame because it could have been a very nice present.

I ordered and paid for an item on 11th December 2017, I e-mailed them when it hadn’t arrived on 18th December, they replied saying it had been sent but would send another, it’s now 21st December, still nothing received from them, and no response to my e-mail earlier today, I am not impressed.
