I ordered this as a 60th Birthday gift I asked for it to be gift wrapped it arrived beautifully gift Wrapped and I didn't see the item until my husband's birthday all I can say is wow beautifully crafted and in a lovely frame well worth the price

I ordered a leeds united phone cover how ever when it arrived it was wrong Colour and didnt fix when I contacted Personalised Football gifts they gave me a full refund and were very apologetic. I would order again from them it was just unfortunate what had happened.

Having paid £5 postage I was upset to receive a broken mug with insufficient packing and labelling. Hermes just dropped the package over the gate. I had to chase twice to get a response from company and they asked for picture having already been sent it.

Products are fab but the birthday card I ordered was awful Front of card fine The inside of the card not good Font was too big so half the message was missing Not ideal

Still haven’t got what I orderd, 3-4 weeks later… I got, after this review, a mail from a no-replay email-adress explaining that my goods were lost in transport and with an offer to get the money back or new goods. But since they sent this from a no-replay mail and they did’nt leave any contact information I couldn’nt communicate with them.
