“You placed a mug into a cardboard box and posted it to the opposite side of the planet, knowing it would pass through a hundred pairs of hands. It arrived smashed. Not surprising really. If I was to buy a mug at the corner store they’d put it in bubble wrap for a short walk home. Better luck next time. Better thinking next time.”

“I ordered a Birmingham City Football club personalised mug for my boyfriends dad for Christmas - I ordered my mug off the Birmingham City football club website and not off the personalised football gifts website. overall i am happy with the mug and how it was personalised, but there was a few little marks on the mug such as scratches and it image and the personalisation was not set straight (kind of annoying considering I am paying for a service). I want to give it a higher rate than acceptable but I was unhappy with that the Birmingham City Football Club website did not provide me with the correct information that the personalisation was done by another company and with my confirmation email i never received an order number, thus unable to track my order. As this was a Christmas gift for my boyfriends day I was quite worried about if it would arrive in time for Christmas. As you are providing a service and I am paying for this service I feel that it should be clearly stated that it was an outside company and that Birmingham City Football club got a percentage of the profits and that you should give customers emails and/or numbers to contact the company about their order. Overall I am happy with my order and my personalised gift but do think it could be better. Would order again as I feel that personalised gifts are better”

“The gift looks amazing and I'm pleased with it however I asked for the number 10 to be on the shirt but it arrived with the number 12. Not a massive issue just that it was for a 10th birthday gift which was changed to Christmas gift instead.”
