placed an order and recived no email recipet for this , when the order arrived it was clearly broken so i refused delivery as the driver said that this way it will get sorted quicker , i emailed to say this is what i had done and then asked for the confermation order number which i explaned i had not recieved and i have not heard from them since , this was a christmas present so not very helpful at all

Very Disappointed, I ordered a Birmingham City Mug with ‘Best Dad Ever’ on it for Christmas. When it arrived, I pulled out of the package and surprisingly it was a Southampton mug saying ‘Best Husband Ever’. I’m still trying to work out how they got this order wrong

I ordered a personalised mug from you last week. It came within a few days but the handle was broken off in 4 places. I e-mailed you and complained and you said you would send out another which arrived today in one piece. So I am very pleased with the outcome now. So I would give you a “very good”.

Product was as described so no problem there. Delivery took 10days with little or no communication. Hermes was the delivery company. Response from Customer Service was too slow, so all in all quite frustrating.

I was disappointed when I opened the parcel to see the personalised notebook had white flecks on the red (Nottingham Forest) cover and I feel the quality of the notebook is poor considering the cost of it.

I’m unsure as yet on the product as it arrived smashed! But I am impressed with the quick response for getting a replacement. Hoping it arrives in time for Christmas.

Unfortunately the colour of the shirt (charcoal) and the black writing personalisation font makes it difficult to read the personalisation which is a great shame as it’s the main reason I purchased it

Little disappointed, considering high price, expected better quality print, CPFC logo not clear and baby grow itself of average quality. Certainly not as good as shown on website... shame

I bought this as a xmas gift for my 9yr old godson - not very impressed. It looks cheap for the £12.99 I have paid and it has scratches all over it. Very disappointed

Loved the mug! However, I paid extra for a delivery within 3 working days and the parcel arrived a day late. This meant I could not give the gift personally and will have to post it - to New Zealand! Postage cost more than the mug! Not pleased

There’s nothing wrong with the goods but I had made a size error when booking. Emailed immediately only to receive a reply the following morning saying too late !! That’s it, tough luck ! So beware, ensure ALL your details are correct because as soon as you’ve hit pay you cannot change personalised items. The site isn’t that user friendly either. Wouldn’t use them again.
