“The website is very unclear. It is impossible when you have to contact them for a wrong item received. The teddy did not have the personalised message I asked for. The only option I had was this review when I wanted to write a private message. Terrible quality control or it could be a rip off and all teddys have the same message which is Sonny.”

“I have not yet received the gift I have purchased and that was my error as I hadn't completed the order properly! And then I failed to look in my Junk Box for e-mails! But Jade and customer services have been absolutely brilliant and patient in supporting me through the mechanics of perchasing on-line! The company deserves 5***** for its patience. “Placed the order last week, have not even received email confirmation of order. This is the first communication and they ask for a review!!! So yes I placed an order and paid for it. Have no idea when I will receive it although it said the item was in stock. So I would suggest the seller gets their ducks in a row before asking for a review. At least deliver the item as the subsequent questions are pointless”

“A little disappointed with the quality of personalisation on the vase. It isn’t “engraved” as I was expecting it to be, more of a transfer which feels like it will wear off fairly easily with a couple of washes (in fact there were white smears still on the vase which needed to be wiped off) and the text appears to be on the back of the vase rather than within the decorative heart on the front. Having said that, it is a lovely vase and arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. Not a big deal, but I didn’t receive despatch or delivery courier emails, which are always helpful.”
