I use Permagaurd quite often but I was unhappy with the service on my last occasion. When trying to buy a 50sqm kit of tanking we somehow ended up with half what was needed and then I had to buy the missing products that didnt arrive. This puit me over budget on the materials side of the project.

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We noticed that you ordered the individual membrane rolls on our website rather than the membrane kit. Unfortunately, as the orders were placed online, we wouldn't have known that you really required the kit with the plugs and tape as well. Sorry to hear that you didn't receive what you thought you had ordered.

Poor nozzle attachment to the cream cylinder body. It failed and lost a lot of cream. I ended up buying dry rods to finish the work. Manufacturers must fix this problem soon.

specifically booked 1 to 3-day delivery due to a damp problem we encountered. Delivery not made within 1 to 3 day period. sent an email to register disappointment and advising id be returning but not even the decency of a response. Clearly, no idea of customer service once people have paid their money.

We have used permaguard tanking slurry for a few years now, more than happy, Placed an order for some more as I usually do, Quick delivery as normal. Only to find you have changed packages from 25kg down to 20kg so over 5 packages I’m 25kg short from what I was expecting ! Even your review pictures say tanking slurry 25kg bucket !

Found brushing product onto the bricks difficult, congealing into lumps in places, try a second coat once dried. No notification of delivery, turned up unexpectedly.

Delivered fine but the black plastic screw top is impossible to open tby any of the builders so we have not been able to use the product! Just crewed on far too tightly. Not fit for purpose as a result.

Hi Deborah. Thank you for your review. We are extremely sorry that you are unable to undo the lid of the product. All packaging is assembled to the manufacturer's guidance by our remote packaging line. We have found the best solution is to break the tamper-evident seal first and then undo the lid which will be easier to remove from the container at this point. Delivery was on a reasonable time scale , so I thought - but only 25% of my order has arrived so far. No explanation given. No idea where the rest is or when it'll get here.

I paid £10 postage for a small box of seeds. No branding or information came with it just a plastic box with seeds

Hi Theo, Thanks for getting in touch and providing feedback. Apologies that the seed box didn't feature the branded label. Every container should have a branded label on top, which may have peeled off in this case. We've fed back to the team too. Didn't remove our mould unfortunately. Also the blurb on the website says "It works across a variety of surfaces including ... painted surfaces." but on the bottle suggested the paint had to be removed for best results, so felt a bit misledd.

Hi Mr Begley Thank you for your product feed back. Depending on the substrate and the saturation, DPC Creams can take 6 - 12 weeks to start having a drying effect on the masonry and then the wall itself will need to dry out. We would not expect you to require multiple applications of Kiesol C for the product to work therefore if you are not seeing signs of the product working as expected then please give us a call on 0117 9823282. I ordered some paint for my living room and kitchen which is very good but the let down was the customer services afterwards. When I ordered the paint the shipping address was my home address as I knew the paint would be heavy. I then receive an e-mail to say the paint would be delivered to my local drop off news agent. I then mailed them to say the address was different but with no reply so consequently I had to go and pick up my paint. Wasn’t happy at all.

Permagard are unable to arrange delivery to collection points so it seems this error sits with DPD directly. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.
