“They gave me a crown and a filling and they both fell out in less than a week! They glued it back on, the crown and in less than a month the crown fell out. I guess their work is temporary. Now I need a root canal cause they took off way too much tooth. They want me to pay out of pocket $148 for their technology! So what they know? Apparently their technology needs a lot of work. Then they said they fell out cause I ate with those teeth???I guess once they use their technology you are not allowed to eat with those teeth. Then they tried to tell me it's cause I don't brush my teeth??? Wow them office girls have guts! I'm in my 60's and in all my life I have never had a filling fall out or a crown pop off. I think it's their technology!!!”

“I purchased my e brush in December and it took weeks for it to be delivered. It worked really nicely for a month and then started requiring nightly charges. Then after a few days of nightly charges it simply stopped working. It was never easy to turn on nor was it easy to change brushing modes. I emailed customer service only to get back questions that I had to answer like did it get damaged. Finally I called customer service and was told I had to answer the question, which I did , then they would issue a return form, then I had to mail it back and wait for a new one. Very bad customer service and it felt as if they were trying not to honor the warranty- looking for something I did rather than trusting my assessment as a consumer and sending me a new one. I got so frustrated with the customer service representative that I told her I was going to hang up. She just kept talking and I finally hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not an honorable company. What a rip off.”

“HORRIBLE!! HoRRible!!! HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend this place, the customer service is disgusting. My son had his braces for 2 years and i didn’t see any changes. Perfect Smile just wants your MONEY!!! They don’t care about perfecting your smile and making sure the customer is satisfied. Please do your research, don’t fall for the great picture they paint.”

“Basically DONATED 500.00 to them because they would not give me my money back and I wasn’t a candidate for the veneers I wanted!! They were very rude and stop answering my calls, apparently I need to know dental work information and what questions to ask instead of them explaining simple things about veneers before rushing to get the 500 non refundable even if you don’t see them. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else unless you just want to donate because if you have questions later or a problem without even setting a appointment after paying (that’s your problem)! Their goal is to get that 500 before anything… Oh yea IT HAS TO BE CASH DEPOSIT and no insurance vs me going to another place and using my insurance for a deposit. I ended up going somewhere near by and just so happen a customer was in there whom Perfect Smile did the exact same thing to but the other place had spoken to her and did not charge her the 500 deposit which was a blessing because she explained she couldn’t afford it after being scammed!!”

“my experience with the E-brush has been disastrous. I am now on my 4th brush having had three product failures within the first 12 months of use. The customer service is terrible and after waiting over two weeks for the most recent replacement, I just discovered that the order has not even been processed and they cannot provide a shipping date or tracking number. Do not waste your time or money on this product”

“Both cranberry on Rowan Rd and Butler on Evans City Rd lousy. Sub par dentistry. I got a call from my insurance co. Yesterday stating that tooth no. 4 was approved for a root canal. I don't even have tooth no. 4 anymore. The problem , in my opinion stems from both office managers. I'm done with them. Fo yourself a favor and go elsewhere”

“Perfect Smile Dental in Midland Pennsylvania is one of the most unprofessional dental offices I have ever been to in my life. The first time I had an appointment I went to the office and it was closed. The Second time I I went The dentist didn't want to see me. He said I needed to see the Oral Surgeon. I go to see the Oral Surgeon I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, to see him for 30 seconds, and for him to tell me I have to see the dentist and also to find out the Anesthesiologist doesn't accept my insurance, which they already had on file. It was 3 wasted trips and a big waste of my time. The doctors are unprofessional and arrogant. I have NOTHING good to say about my experience with them. I would make this office my absolute last choice...”

“They are horrible in customer service and very rude they block people on social media like children they are very unprofessional and need to be shut down they are damaging peoples mouth thankgod they didn’t accept my consultation because I would never want to put this kind of money in these horrible people pocket !! They will get what they deserve karma they should rename to horrible smile experience cause that’s how they make people feel !!”

“Dr. Oscar Espinosa oh is nothing more than a bait and switch artist. His original evaluation from panoramic x-rays and visual inspection was between five and $7000, $7000 being the worst case scenario. All of the work he needed to get done was completed in one day and the price magically jumped to $14,000. He did nothing extra nor did he give any warning. He required payment in full before he would place the upper zirconia bridge. After charging half of the payment on my credit card, my US Bank app sent me a notice of an additional charge of $1000 that have been scanned in Mexico using that card the card was locked in a safe and no one else had access to it until Perfect Smile ran the charge. Someone in their office scanned my credit card and charged an extra thousand dollars. I called US Bank immediately and disputed the charge.”

“I would like to invite all customers that have had bad experiences to post their genuine reviews. A couple of months ago, and for years this business only had 3 stars. I was told I would have two teeth cemented into my mouth. No one ever told me that my teeth were going to be ground down. After seeing them, I suffered 3 serious infections. They pulled the wrong tooth of my husbands, and I have a friend who had a drill bit left in her gum which led to heart disease.”

“I’m writing this review while I’m sitting in my hotel room in Medellín , Columbia brought my son and girlfriend down here to get veneers in good faith that Perfect Smile would do a great job . My sons teeth came out ok but my girlfriends veneers ended up being a horror show . They ask you to pick out some veneers from their web site that you like and the ones we picked out didn’t come out anything like she picked and she’s been crying in the hotel Room for almost 2 days . They wouldn’t let us speak to Mathew the owner he told us “end of story “ his exact words . We offered to pay for them to get what she wanted and they told us to go fly a kite . We went to get x rays at another place and told us the veneers are too long and not shaped correctly , my girlfriend says she has horse teeth !! We now have to come back to another place a month from now and spend $7000 to fix them. On a side note we were quoted $13,600 to do my son and girlfriend I ended up paying $18500 so whatever you get quoted make sure you k ow you’re gonna pay more . After further research there’s many places reputable and much less in price . I’m a business owner myself and have never in my life been treated the way Perfect Smile treated us . All they had to do was invite us back to make us whole and everything would’ve been fine . When we asked to talk to Mathew the owner that guy refused to talk to us but he was fast to collect the money up front . I wouldn’t recommend perfect smile to anyone because if something goes wrong you’re screwed . My girlfriend is devastated to say the least !! We were even asking them if we paid to fix them would you do that and they turned their backs on us . You have no recourse do not pay cash like I did and they charge 5% on credit cards and additional fees to follow . Do not pay up front wait till they finish or you may get screwed like we did . During the procedures everyone is whispering to each other as well makes you feel completely uncomfortable . I could keep going but I think you get the hint . .”

“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!! Do not come here for anything ! They will treat you like garbage and dismantle your mouth. Came here for veneers and left with all different shades of teeth !!! They do not listen to their patients and rush through everything. They do not do explain things and will not make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is unprofessional and the whole operation is a sham !!!! They will dismiss your concerns and not help you if things go wrong. Almost $20,000 spent in their clinic and they dismissed me like a piece of trash. The mist unprofessional group of doctors I have ever seen and they do not care about their patients. They will destroy your teeth !!! STAY AWAY”
