“Overall the content and delivery of the Level 4 HACCP course was excellent. Peter ensured the pace of delivering the content was maintained but also allowed appropriate time for question / answer sessions and presentation of group activities. The course utilises a range of training techniques with resources such as books and handouts, group activities and homework which allowed me to digest and reflect on what I had learnt. Great course.”

“A great course - enjoyed the pace of the course and how it was delivered. Peter was very knowledgeable and created a good environment for discussion. Our group was very good and we had lots of experience to share. The delivery of the the webinar every Friday allowed for minimal impact on the business and allowed enough time in between to complete homework and evaluate learning. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone in a similar position looking to obtain a HACCP level 4 qualification.”
