“My mum can't get an app with you. She tries every day on the phone to get through but can't. She doesn't have a computer or know how to use one. She called in this morning to try to get an app and was told by a very rude woman that there was nothing they could do for her. My mum is 84 and this is a disgrace”
“Rang this morning for a GP triage and had a phone call later on to advise on a face to face appointment late morning. Friendly reception staff. I was seen by the GP and went next door to the pharmacy all sorted within 30mins Brilliant service - thank you!”

Advice on regular 3 weekly hospital treatment has been excellent, on where and to as to whom to contact.
