Very helpful until I informed them that the faults I had with my car were due to an illegal mileage blocker found by MB mechanics hidden and hard wired into the electrics in the car. Legal action will be forthcoming if they continue to make excuses not to refund me. Whether they refund me or I have to take them to court I would never go near them again! You think buying from a dealership gives you some sort of protection, in this case not!

Ordered a wing mirror from Middleton Unfortunately it was the wrong one. It was reordered and they said it would be in on Monday,they phoned me Monday morning and because a member of staff lived nearby to me they delivered by hand , perfect !

First off the five star reviews must be fake, there is no way that this company can get five stars ! Peugeot 3500kg Pick Up So after a new replacement engine did not run right we sent it to a truck dealer to check, loose bolts, oil leaks and missing bolts, they are an absolute joke. They are totally not bothered about customer service, they don't even reply to emails, the MD of this lot should be ashamed.

THE WORST EVER GARAGE EXPERIENCE! NEVER EVER USE IT. They have been repairing our car after the car accident for FOUR months, being chased by myself every month and extending the "fixing" deadline further and further every few weeks. They never contacted me back on the planned "repair day"; I could never get hold of them via phone, spent hours and hours calling their repair team, and ended up with nothing. They never aswered my emails. All you can do is get in touch with another department that cannot assist you with your inquiry. We have asked them to change the number plate before the car MOT after the car repair, and they have not done it. Plus, they have not repaired the car properly: they left the wheel-arch on the nearside broken, resulting in an MOT failure, and tried to return the vehicle to us this way, charging for the MOT failure! I would love to underline that they failed the MOT because the wheel caught the wheel-arch on the nearside (which they failed to repair) and the number plate we requested to be swapped (which they failed to exchange). On top of all that exclusive experience with them, they charged us: - for the MOT, our vehicle failed due to their negligent and unprofessional repairing service attitude; - the car delivery service as they failed the MOT and the car could not be driven back! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE FOR ANY SERVICE AS THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE QUALITY REPAIRING AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES.

Excellent after sales service, particularly Paul on Customer service. We mentioned our alloy wheels corroding when we took our Renault Captur in for it's first service. Paul took photos of the wheels and sent them to Renault, and the wheels were refurbished under warranty.

Superb customer service made car buying a pleasure. Salesman made us feel he cared that we made the right choices. Made us aware of the options but was never pushy.

seems good at sale time....but post sales feel let down.... ...tried to exchange my recently purchased astra due to back ache, but was only offered standard trade in price .... plus they even added in a £170 fee for my pleasure too!! :(

The above post from Pentagon is a bit late as i already tried that approach and it didnt work . The only thing that did work was small claims court papers arriving on Pentagons doorstep which they paid up very quickly, saying it was for commercial reasons, translated to they didn't have a leg to stand on. All this does is highlight to potential customers how other customers are treated

Shocking is the only word to describe this outfit, if you value your car please dont buy or use Pentagon Vauxhall.Cambelt was replaced last year, as soon as it was replaced there was a strange noise so took it back , noise was blamed on a few different thing but not the root cause, The cambelt was put on far too tight, by the MasterTech, They havent heard the last from me
