“Pen & Paper post orders quickly. They do not always reply to emails it seems. The latest pen I received is quite a 'scratchy' nib and not as smooth or even-flowing as previous one!!”

“Even though the website did not show up-to-date quantities of the items I wanted, Sarah was so very helpful in checking that they had them in the colours I wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with her (although I was disappointed that my chosen colours were not available). I will certainly come back in the future.”
