“I always come to Pen and Paper, when I am shopping in Cardiff. But sadly with the Covid -19 pandemic. I thought that I try out ordering online. Really pleased with products I got (Lamy Safari 2020 edition). A must stop for all creative minds and especially students like myself who want to impress their handwriting material. I will pop in when I have free time in the very near future.”

“I have been to the store in Cardiff many times in recent years. I have always found the range of products, quality of products and standard of customer service to be first class. For my recent purchase I would normally have done this at the store, but because this is not possible at present, I bought online. The quality of service was again very good and my pen arrived within approximately a week after being ordered.”

“As I cannot get to Cardiff because of the recent quarantine restrictions, I had to order some items from the online shop and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. I have always found that the staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about the stock in the shop. There is a large variety of good quality stationery items here, such as pens and notebooks, but I particularly like the choice of birthday cards and at Christmas time the range of small presents.”
