“Great price and excellent service. I was worried tiles wouldn't arrive in time so contacted paving Superstore and they guaranteed they would make the delivery in time which they duly did. No damages and great product”

“I was abit sceptical from using this company having had a bad experience from using the other company. However I was pleasantly surprised in how well they managed my order from start to finish. The customer service was great and I received regular communication from them at all times. The order was placed straight away and I received my delivery few days later and in a great condition. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Excellent service, great choice and quick delivery. Sam was very helpful by emailing me pics of paving samples they have onsite, which gave me a better idea of the textures compared to the online photos.”

“We were struggling to get a small amount of decking to finish a project with plenty of non responses from other suppliers. We contacted Paving Superstore on the off chance that they could help as the website was all around decking “kits”. Amy went above and beyond and was able to source the last small amount of decking we needed to finish our project. Constant communication throughout the whole process kept us up to date. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very happy with the service I got here. I was looking to match some Stonemarket Millstone Next paving that had already been laid. The pallet I received was delivered promptly and carefully, and none were broken on arrival, which has been a problem with other companies in the past. The colour match is very faithful, and the quality of the slabs is top notch. A good purchase.”

“Well done paving superstore, just taken another 3 pallets off natural stone paving, helpful on the phone,to place order, good price, hence why I went back to them for another project, delivery company phoned a few days later,and delivery was on time as saId and put where I wanted them on the drive, nothing no problem, I have recommend you to my customers, many thanks”

“I would be pleased recommend the Paving Superstore for paving having brought paving from them 12 months ago. I wouldn’t however buy a shed from them. Having ordered a shed that was supposedly on 2-3 weeks delivery. I was shocked to receive an email from the supplier without warning to say it was going to be delivered the following day. I hadn’t made arrangements for such a short timescale. I also had difficulty contacting the delivery company to delay the delivery. When I finally got in touch and they agreed to deliver a few days later. They just dumped the shed at the front of the house without knocking the door. I think the paving superstore should stick to selling paving which they are very good at.”

Hi David, Whilst we are glad to hear you are happy with your experience in ordering paving with us, it is a shame to hear you are unhappy with your shed delivery arriving earlier then expected. These deliveries are undertaken by the manufacturer, so whilst we have little control over the delivery (much the same as all online shed resellers) we we take this up with them and ask why they delivered it too early.
