We purchased car seat it says ee quick delivery but I had to phone and ask where it was to be told out of stock apparently it should say when ordering but because I ordered on my phone it won't say that which I find hard to believe. The car seat finally arrived 2 days later thinking they must have overlook my order.

Good Afternoon Lesley, Many thanks for your review and apologies the delivery took a few days to arrive. The sales on this product exceded our forecast once they went on offer meaning that the item went out of stock for approx 10 days whilst we were awaiting further deliveries from the manufacturer. At this time the item to listed online as pre-order meaning sales could be placed whilst we await the stock being replenished in the warehouse. Yes we have found a glitch on the system where on mobile devices it has been showing as instock rather than pre-order and this has been notified to our website provider to rectify, the desktop site has not been affected by this problem for somer reason. I can assure you your order was not overlooked as we despatched all seats to customers on back order within 24 hours of receiving the stock into our warehouse.
