“It can be so difficult to know what to buy an established couple when they get married, but using Patchwork - it was just SO easy! Just pick and choose from the couple’s suggestions and you know you’ve given them a really treasured set of gifts! Brilliant - thank you for making it so easy!”

“We are unable to give a review, as although we ordered and paid for a gift a week ago, other than a confirmation email from you, we have not heard from the recipient; either by post, email, phone call or personal visit. We cannot give a satisfactory review until we know they have received the gift. The questions below ("was your delivery on time ?" ... etc) cannot be answered by us. You should ask the recipient.”

“I used Patchwork as a wedding guest, I really liked the fact it made the present purchase choice relevant. I did find the payment process slightly tricky and ended up doing it twice but may well have been user error in my part. Good system.”

“Excellent service from Patchwork. Rosie was extremely helpful when we were setting up our page and was happy to answer any queries we had, both by email and over the telephone. Using Patchwork meant we were able to ask our wedding guests for the gifts we wanted and they were able to contribute as much or as little as they wished. It was also nice to see the lovely messages they left us on our page. We'd happily use Patchwork again and definitely recommend them.”

“I absolutely love this idea and it's been a wonderful way to manage gifts that have meaning for us! The only thing I find a bit frustrating is that every transaction that comes through to our account takes a portion out. So unfortunately - despite paying a subscription - you're always missing out on the full amount your guests send you as a gift because of the amount Patchwork takes out. It feels really unfair.”

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a positive review of our service, it's much appreciated. Just to clarify - the subscription of £6 a month (with £3 of that going direct to charity) is the fee for the Patchwork service. This fee provides the platform that you build your unique wedding registry on, the gifting and messaging facility and our round the clock customer service. We partner with Stripe to process your gift money and this is a separate service. Patchwork don't charge for this, but Stripe take a very low fee of 1.4% + 20p of your gift money - so on a £100 gift Stripe will deduct £1.60. We hope this clarifies our pricing structure and that you feel this is good value for the service we provide. Very best wishes, Rosie and the Patchwork team.

“Really useful site for our wedding registry. People don't always like giving cash, so being able to suggest set amounts for "cocktails" or "day trips" was much more personal. The fee was very reasonable. I've already recommended the site to another b2b.”

“I researched many online gift registries for my wedding and couldn't find what I was looking for. I came across Patchwork and it was ideal: it gives you the flexibility to list whatever you want, and really personalise your list, in a way that I couldn't find on other sites. I really appreciated the charitable aspect as well - such a great idea!”

“We wanted an eco friendly wedding that gave to charity so Patchwork was perfect for our wedding gift list. We chose a selection of charities for guests to donate to as their gift to us and a garden bench they could give towards a section of. We loved the messages & pictures friends & family posted on the Patchwork. It’s something to treasure AND donates to charity too. Win Win for us & Rosie & the Patchwork team are wonderfully helpful. Its brilliant!”
