“Photos took over a week to arrive. I then submitted to the passport office and they weren't accepted. Contacted the company a number of times to request my money back as per their promise, they didn't reply. They do however bother to remove all negative reviews from their facebook page. Happy to take your money but not deliver.”

“My Daughter and my passport’s needed renewing following the pandemic and Paspic was recommended to me. Having tried a booth at a train station previously, to then go to Victoria passport office and have my Daughters’ photos declined, I needed a failsafe option. Paspic is the only option I’ll be using moving forward, fantastic- couldn’t be happier, excellent service. Thanks! Peter”

“My daughters pics were declined at the embassy which caused us a huge amount of distress. I wrote to you but never received a reply. I will not use your service again. I'd rather go to a professional person and pay more but get it right.”
