“I ordered the party bag set and with a large quantity ordered. When it was delivered the majority was just in the packaging bag loose and was short on a few items. When I queried this to get replacements they were not accommodating at all and refunded me something pathetic like 58p!! Would not use again sadly, a poor service.”

“4 out of the 12 bunny ear headbands I ordered came broken and the 1 was missing a ear so I couldn’t use it! Emailed a photo and explained straight away and I’m still waiting for a response.”

“Was supposed to arrive on Saturday ready for our party on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have not received the item, which makes the purchase a complete waste. I understand there are strikes at the moment, but at the point of purchase it was very clear arrival would be on Saturday which it shouldn't promise if it can't keep this.”

“Majority of products were good but x2 of the inflatables had holes in And would not inflate. Packaging was a bit disappointing as everything was just thrown in together.”

“I normally order party items from another website, but came across this site and thought I'd try them out. Unfortunately, the delivery was late, took over a week to be delivered from when I ordered, and the person I was speaking with over email wasn't hugely concerned or sympathetic, knowing the items were for my son's 5th birthday, and simply said if I don't need them anymore refuse the delivery for a refund. No apology or anything. I won't be ordering again. A shame, as the balloons were decent quality.”

“While the website was easy to navigate and the products reasonably priced, I still have not received one item of my order, although the rest arrived over a week ago, and have only received 10 of the 12 pieces of another item on my order, so am disappointed.”

“Disappointed to find that the car boot arm dangler (£4.99)that I bought for our drama group pantomime, fell apart the first time it was picked up in rehearsal. Not really acceptable given that I had spent a total of £28.91 in one purchase”

“Order some items on Wednesday to take to a promotional event my company was doing. Paid for next day delivery as I needed them by Saturday. They arrived Monday afternoon. Delivery fee was refunded but we still then had the added expense of hassle of trying to find other items at the last minute. Next time I will get from Amazon as I know I will get it next day. Very disappointing”
