“Awful company ordered an item for a party and still 8 days later no item arrived rang numerous times to be told it would be here and still nothing tracking reference they gave me doesn’t work and even on there end can’t find any tracking would never use company again awful”

“Paid extra charge for next day delivery but still din't receive items after 4 days. Not trustable sevice from this comapny. Anonymous and fracturing service. Local corner shop is better choice. Avoid in future.”

“Absolute joke of a company, poor customer service. Called to see when my item will arrive, they wouldn't give me a answer, but happy to charge me an additional £6 for delivery tomorrow, be interesting to see if it arrives tomorrow now that i have paid the extra, it's for my daughters nativity play”

“Ordered from Party Delights (Phone: 0161 776 1133, Email: customercare@partydelights.co.uk, Location: Unit 4 Tallow Way Fairhills Road Irlam Manchester, M44 6RJ) on Wednesday November 30th, paid for next day delivery before 12 noon, still waiting for the Christmas santa hats Saturday am, and being told by DPD that I can't expect them before Monday at the earliest. The event I ordered them for is today. Enough said. Wish I'd read all the review comments about the company before I ordered from them. Lesson learnt - they won't get an order from me again, and I'm posting this on my FB feed as well. You should be investigated by trading standards.....”

“Ordered an item for my sons birthday two weeks in advance & it never arrived. Had to follow up with a email two day after i placed order as I had got no confirmation of. my oder. It was seemingly despatched a few hours later then. Never arrived. Also emailed with a complaint and never got a response. Stay well clear & order your party supplies off a more reliable, trustworthy website...”

“Ordered box balloons for granddaughter’s birthday five days in advance but the balloons never arrived. Emailed customer services but no reply. Luckily paid by PayPal and managed to get a refund. I do not recommend using this company.”

“I ordered some table cloths from party delights half way through october. they are being only just despatched the 4th november a second order i payed to be delivered next day was also late! When i contacted them i got no reply”

“I orderded last week to get my parcel delivered to a naibour that i dont know that actually doesnt exsist and no door number nothing just gave it to some stranger or probaly stole it it i need it as it for my childs costume no mask for his school tomorrow cant get true to nobody and wasted my money joke off a place never again”

“Can't understand why they've got low rating. I think they're fantastic and never fail to disappoint. Received a mallet prop for outfit.. all of their stuff is of great quality! Will defibately continue buying from party delights for fancy dress from now on”

“Placed my order on the weekend. Paid the £8.95 for next day delivery. It should have been here today (11.5.21) not received. Sent an email but now having read the statements here I doubt I’ll have a response. Will not order from here again.”

“Chose an alternative company if you want to ensure you receive your order on time, or, at all! I placed an order in good faith on 290421 and paid a premium of £6.95 to ensure delivery on 040521.The order was for £72 and comprised of many items for a 50th Birthday, on 050521. To date, the order has never materialised. Hermes state they are still awaiting receipt of my order from Party Delights and the tracking does state such. However, Party Delights insist Hermes have the order! For 3 days now I have awaited a Manager call back to no avail-the Manager is busy every time I call, and each time I’m promised a call back, which subsequently never materialises. Yesterday I was advised a refund cannot be processed until the whereabouts of the order is known! Please consider an alternative company and ensure such uses a reliable and professional delivery courier. A 50th Birthday ruined and not even an apology!”

“I placed an order a week ahead of the delivery date and it was cancelled last minute due to a fault in their system and the redelivery date was not exactly ideal for me. Still, as it was urgent, I agreed to a new scheduled date, they still managed not to deliver my item because they forgot about it and did not even inform me. I only found out last minute about this when I called them. They couldn't even make an exception and send the item by express delivery so that I would at least receive it on the day the product was supposed to be delivered. Now I and the recipient are extremely upset as it is a last minute before Easter weekend and is absolutely impossible to get this item anywhere else locally or virtually at such short notice. I had very high hopes and was very disappointed, so please avoid this business at all cost to avoid any disappointment!”

“Paid for a bath £20 including delivery, royal mail returned the parcel with reason "address not found" , a bit strange from my side as I`m getting parcels every single day, and party delights just refunded the amount paid excluding the shipping cost, even if is not my fault, or without asking if I still want the product or not!!!”

“Totally disappointed with this company if i could have given a -0 i would have, i ordered all of the disposable party plates table cloths etc for my 60th birthday i paid the extra charge for 3 to 5 day delivery as i had not heard from them so i decided to give them a call just to check it was on its way only to find out that it had not even been dispatched as my birthday is tomorrow and no chance of receiving it i have cancelled the order I am really upset about this i will never be using them again i tried to support this company at these uncertain times but feel really let down thank goodness Amazon”

“I or,dered Sparkling Celebration Age 40 Hanging Swirls - 45cm, all the 6 hanging swirls were black, not as shown, should have been mixture of gold, silver and black, one of the gold 40 swirls was bent and unusable. Emailed party delilghts but no response. Will not use agin”
