They are very good for how quick they can get a part to you but the gear box I received was the wrong gearbox i need one that fits a single cam Jimny engine they sent me one that fits a twin cam engine

The idea of putting your reg in, made me think I would get the correct part for my xsara picasso. I was wrong. Got the wrong oil filler cap.

Part was faulty, this was only found when put into the car by auto mechanic.

Bought a replacement bonnet and payed the full price , called couple days later to be told it would be sent out later that afternoon. After no item arriving after 5 working days called Motorhog (suppliers) to be told Sorry could not find a courier to deliver to North East Scotland. So when was i going to be told this ? Did pay refund in full 2 days after they said it would be done. Buyers North East or Grampian region beware and ask before buying from this supplier.

The company that I dealt with supplies the wrong part and said the price paid plus the carriage would be refunded. They firstly refunded the item charge but not the carriage even though I enclosed it with the return parcel as requested. When I queried why the carriage cost had not been refunded, they said the receipt I sent must have been mislaid and requested a copy, which I had made. i emailed a copy of the receipt as requested but did nit get the refund. So future buyers BEWARE!

so far they have sent the wrong part this is so frustrating why dont they concentrate when packing? Waiting to see what will happen now. Garage has wng mirror but cant fit as its an electric one not manual as requested and paid for.

Part arrived o k , but when I fitted it the brake lights did not work. As I only wanted the outer part of the light , I used the inner part that holds the bulbs from my existing unit with the new outer part. This works perfectly

I confess I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Having clearly specified on Parts Gateway that I was looking for an offside/driver's side rear light cluster for a Ford Ranger 2007, the results emailed were for 2008 model(-2011) or 2015 model. I didn't check (since my original request clearly specified 2007), so ended up ordering one of the offers. I only realised it was for a 2015 model when it arrived; further... despite my request for an offside fitting, the part delivered was for a nearside!!) a) I think you should ensure that those offering parts read the request carefully so that I (and others) only receive offers for the part actually requested. b) I am continuing to have problems with that supplier, who keep stalling about sending me a returns label for a wrong part which was THEIR fault (on both counts) NOT impressed

Received item as promised, unfortunately I ordered regulator for Nissan Micra 3 door, but was sent 5 door type, this would not fit. Item has been returned pending refund.

Lamp unit had missing fixing bracket no response from supply to my complaint. Delivery and packing excellent so no complaints there. Managed to fit lamp as needed to be able to use car

The whole idea is great. I received a quote straight away however Slick Parts let me down. I paid for a next day delivery service - I should have received the part on Tuesday but it was only delivered on Thursday as they never sent it. When I rung to chase it they blamed courrier. I ended up not having my car fixed on time.

My catalytic converter was lost when It was supposed to be here in 2days but 2weeks later I lost £800 because I couldnt use my car for work as I'm a taxi driver I rely on the quick delivery of Bussiness there was a man from vauxhall parts uk Ltd who was really helpful would recommend them really helpful guys there over all I think the companies on parts gateway should reconsider using uk mail to deliver products to customers as it is 2nd time my parts have been lost or stolen while in there possession

We spoke to a gentlemen who told me the part was right for my car. We received the part went to fit it and it was completely the wrong part. How can you speak to a man and they tell you it’s the right part and it’s completely wrong! Disgusted with this and has now cost me over 100 pound to fix the problem

Very disappointed. I've used Partsgateway before and been very happy. This time I requested a part and got a lis of suppliers. I then ordered from one of them, and made the payment through PayPal. The next day I received an email telling me the payment had been returned as the part I ordered was found to be damaged. That fair enough, I would rather this happen than send a damaged part. I reordered with a different company and this time payment was returned with no explanation. I then phoned a 3rd company on the list and was told they would check the part and get back to me within the hour, I heard nothing. The 4th company supplied the part without any problems so I've given them a good review but unfortunately I can't give Partsgateway a good score this time.

The part sent out to me was not quite compatable with my car. The website was just awful to navigate, having to renter my details every other page I went on.

Part was seized I had to free it up use a bleed valve off my old one. And it took myhermes 4 days to arrive not just fords fault the delivery time part not checked I asked when I phoned won't use again

while the site declared the part offered would be compatible with our vehicle it transpired that it was not the right coordination of connect points for the lights. the order of the sequence of lights is opposite the other side of the car - luckily it passed the MOT still but it was not right!
