Absolutely amazing company to deal with from the first point of contact via email, to phone conversations, ordering, the quality of the used product received and the after sales service.
I do not leave reviews very often at all, but this company has impressed me so much I felt I had to!
It is rare to find an honest and genuine company online with such a human and attentive customer service.
It will definitely be my first point of call for anything camera related, new or used in the future.

“Worse customer experience I’ve ever come across in my life at Park Cameras in Burgess Hill. 0 stars. Just rude an ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer with Park Cameras for a long time and have purchased many items from them. Never had any issues.
Today I came in to the shop as I spoke over the phone to someone who said I can part exchange my camera. When I got there this was refused by Jamie (who was serving me) which was not an issue as I was still keen to purchase my new camera. Jamie had a very horrible attitude towards me and my wife the moment we walked in. I was then told they wouldn’t give me a 2 year finance option as “they only do 1 year option” which I then showed him that online it showed 2 years.
We proceed with wanting to purchase the camera once he said we can do the 2 year finance option. Passed the credit score test and gave him my driving licences as my ID.
He asked me to sign a piece of paper then proceeds to bring out a MAGNIFYING GLASS!! to check my signature. Bear in mind there is a photo of me on the front of the driving licence. He then proceeded to refuse to serve me as my signature was not “identical”. Now you tell me who can do their signature EXACTLY identical every-time. No one.
We then called to complain to a guy called Tom who told us to come back in. When we walked in again Jamie straight away asked him to come to the back to then refuse to serve us again. I have been a regular customer and have always paid but yet today I was treated disgustingly and the whole experience was just outrageous. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. The staff really need to learn how to treat customers.”
“Park cameras sent me wrong lens although I have already asked them to check it because the image didn't match the description. They answered it was the l-mount Sigma 105mm macro art that will fit my Panasonic s5.
Unfortunately they have sent me sigma DG macro HSM while I ordered Sigma DG DN macro Art lens for L-mount cameras such as Panasonic s5.
I need to return it now as it is unusable!”
“I recently bought a Nikon d780 and decided to purchase a second hand macro lens from you, It obviously when came had never been cleaned I complained but never got a reply or call back.
I decided to purchase a sensor cleaning kit from you but you sent me a lens cleaning kit, I complained and again no response and no call back.

Park Cameras made me a £4000 offer for my top spec Canon camera to which I accepted and they provided me with a postage label. They assured me that the camera was fully insured for damage/loss in transit. Park Cameras have lost my camera via the courier and are REFUSING to pay me the money owed for the item. I have provided them proof of postage via the shipping label they provided me also. It is now months into the issue and it is still ongoing. I have had to take further action with the matter. DO NOT USE!!!”

“I ordered a Canon PIXMA iP8750 - A3+ Wireless Photo Printer on 20th February 2021 and there was information about the leading time as 10 days or less.
I haven't heard anything from this company until 15 days past after I purchased. when I called them, they said they haven't got the printer yet and expecting to receive it in the middle of March. I was very disappointed. We need this printer for work.
Today is 14.03.21 and still no information or delivery from them. I contacted them again and still the same answer they don't know despite I have been waiting for a month now.
Ridiculous! They are misleading people. When you are buying, they never inform you that they don't know the delivery time. You cannot sell something if you dont knwo the delivery time and even if you do, be honest and inform people then.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM!!!!!!”

They made a kind offer of exchanging the missing camera with a better camera in exchange which was fantastic.
