“Really happy with ParentShield. Had some issues during set up (all due to me being distracted) and I could get help immediately via chat, the team were fantastic. I have peace of mind being able to monitor my son’s phone chats periodically and I like the added protection features. Very happy customer.”

“First thing I love about this SIM is the humanness of the customer care. My child has Autism, young people with Autism are particularly vulnerable with modern communication. So to find a sim package that actually genuinely appears to grasp that vulnerability is awesome, thankyou🙏”

“I have been dreading our eldest child having the obligatory mobile phone. But Wow parentshield is amazing I can happily send her to school knowing she can't use it during school time and if necessary check any texts or calls she's made or received. It all sounds a bit Over the top but use it as you want . I am beyond happy with it. I also using Parent Sheild recommendation added Google family App to safeguard her online time and that also has a phone tracker brilliant product I have already recommended to our Foster care agency”

“We are utilising the app for our 20 year old Austitic adult and despite this being outside of the normal age groups for the app we have found that the support, responsiveness and willingness to assist us from ParentShield has been second to none as a plus our young adult has become sensible about their use of calls and texts and our self regulating how much time spent on the mobile. Have already recommended to several friends and family and will continue to do so.”

“Apart from the fact that the SIM card and portal are very good indeed, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for email help from the ParentShield team. The answers are always correct and to the point. If phones aren’t your ‘thing’ you should try them. I wish you got this sort of service from most other companies these days but you don’t. Very impressed.”

“Amazing personal customer service. Any problems or issues, someone is there to call to go over exactly what you need to find out. The information they offer is outstanding and the features they provide on the portal are easily navigated, explained and activated. Well worth every penny. I would definitely recommend.”

“I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review because I wanted to be sure I was happy with it. I can safely say that this was the best decision I made. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my sons safety and I was really worried about this next stage in his life and ParentSheild have made it really easy for me to give my son the freedom he needs while still having control. It was super easy to set up, it worked straight away and it's simple to use. I have recommended their services to everyone that I know with kids!”

“After putting off giving our foster child a phone, we took a long look at what ‘supported sims’ were available. This led us to ParentShield. From the first enquiry, the service has been great. Quick to arrive and easy to set up; we have been very impressed. We go ‘live” tomorrow with her first unaccompanied bus ride to and from school. We like the fact that the phone can be turned off during school hours. If there is an emergency, she can go to reception. We managed that as a child. We think that phones are an unnecessary distraction in school. Outside of school, we get full text and call notifications from her phone. This ensures we know who she is talking to, which is so important nowadays. People may say that we should trust our children, but that has to be earned and proven. This service allows her to build that valuable life skill. For any adult wondering whether to try ParentShield, I would encourage them to give it a go. With no contract commitment you have the opportunity to see if it works for you and your child.”
