Sent some crucial medicine to my son and was told would get delivered the next day but they've taken (Shanon) it to the post office. He's at work and the post office closes at 5 pm. Customer service is in a shambles and will re-deliver in the next 3 to 5 working days, by that time the epi-pen and other medicine have gone off. Avoid Parcelforce at all costs.

Sent two small parcels to Spain, both containing a house key, urgently needed. Both sent by Global priority, total cost over £60. One awaiting delivery, 4 days after promised delivery date. The other has currently spent 5 days in the UK being “prepared for export”. In both cases the paperwork (thanks Brexit) was prepared by Post Office staff. A useless and expensive service.

Got a message from Parcelforce last Friday saying they had tried to deliver my parcel and no one was in. They hadn’t. Partner and I were in all day and have a loud door bell. No delivery no card. Got another on Monday saying it was out for redelivery, then the 'failed to deliver' message appeared on the tracker. In all day, including the time they say they tried to deliver. A complete fabrication. No one called, no card left! Went to the depot, some distance away, first thing Tuesday to complain. Lo and behold the parcel was there, not out for redelivery. Think the system is designed to get you to collect from the depot or pay the surcharge for delivery to a local post office! They have no interest in you as a customer only your money.

Parcelforce 48 hr delivery. 11 days later, not delivered. Tracking website tells in very concise detail where your parcel might be, then when it is 'out for delivery', and, when it achieves 'attempted delivery' - Nb. this doesn't mean that your parcel was taken to the delivery address. It then returns to 'the depot'. All of these delivery related events appear to happen in the same location 'the depot'. In my experience, it wasn't presented once (and there was no 'missed delivery ticket') at the delivery address, and then, it inevitably goes back to 'the depot'. Or, did it even leave? Who knows. A re-visit to tracking website will reveal that you hadn't been in when they didn't come to your door. If your parcel isn't 'delivered' twice on the tracking website, this is when you have to arrange 'redelivery', or more accurately, 'delivery'. There is one arrow left in your quill - delivery to your local post office, which I can recommend, as they cannot be accused of 'not being in'. A courtesy call after requesting option for delivery to local Post Office (further paid service) - 'parcel is too big' for that. WTF!

No knock on the door. Heard the letterbox so ran to the door. The delivery driver had posted the card through saying no one was home. Ran out of the house to his van, he saw me and drove off. I ran after him as urgently needed the parcel and he just kept driving. Obviously wanted an early finish on a Friday and couldn’t be bothered to do his job.

Instead of sending any letters with them, simply throw £30 in a bin along with your documents. Then put a phone to your ear and listen to classical music for an hour with a recording of an upbeat woman telling you the are 'busier than usual'. This is the parcelforce experience.

Shame I cant give zero stars. Paid extra for next day delivery for urgently needed farm parts: nothing came; tracking said unable to locate address. Well, every other delivery firm finds us no problem. Even EVRI is good. Yet they claim they will attempt delivery again today: bit pointless if they couldn’t locate us yesterday. Absolutely terrible.

Well I will be sending a long email to the sender not to use parcel force again...I am at home and waiting and I get nothing but a text saying delivery attempted...what a lie...no one ever came...also no mean of contacting any one...people use your combined forces against such bluntly deceptive services...they people are because of us and we people should not tolerate this kind of service prevail.

The worst courier company ever. If you care about your parcels and quality of service don't use it. My urgent and important letter is stuck with them last almost 4weeks now. And nobody is able to help me and give me any information when it will be finally sent!!!! Yes it is not even send! Ridiculous because they write amazing things on their website about quality of service and how good they are but it is one huge liar unfortunately. I am very disappointed and it costs me huge amount of stress using this company. If I only knew I would never ever send my parcel with their "help"

I wish I could leave 0 stars. How is this awful company in business? First delivery not honoured. A check on the tracking site said delivery had been attempted twice. Lies. Not only was I waiting in, but there was someone working on the driveway all day. Next check indicated a further "attempted delivery " the following day. More lies, again neither myself or the person working on the driveway saw a van all day. No forms were left in any of these claimed attempts so rescheduling was not possible. All attempt to communicate are dealt with by a BOT which repeats the story of failed delivery attempts. Having found a phone number I waited 25 mins for someone to answer, who repeated, presumably from the printed sheet in front of him, that there had been attempts to deliver. When I pointed out how unlikely it was that 3 that three consecutive drivers had failed even to leave the required form, the poor man kept apologising, clearly having no means to deal with the issue. This is not mere incompetence, it's blatant fraud, and a glance at accompanying reviews should alert the regulator.

Awful, 48 delivery that sits in the depot and takes 4 days so far still not delivered avoid at all costs take your money then don’t back up what they are selling!

You texted a delivery time of between 11:30 - 12:30 am on Friday 5 April which was not honoured the driver turned up at 14:20pm ran the bell once then chucked the two parcels behind the dustbins - drove off as I answered the door .One word despicable service - no regards for customers goods - are your drivers trained in good customer service !!!!!

Absolutely useless. Can’t get through! Have wrong number advertised the one starting with 18. You finally get to the line after numerous annoying auto voice. To be told 50 min wait yes 50 mins! You receive tracking number you can’t track. It doesn’t recognise it. Absolute imbeciles. Useless company. Annoying company & no one to talk to! Fuming imbeciles

I would give them a - if I could. I was charged £20 for a next day delivery, 48 hours later still not delivered. Was put in van for delivery at 7.49 am this morning and still not delivered at 13.38 today. No wonder the post office is in Dutch a mess. We need to close the post off and give us a service that cares about it’s customers

I would give zero stars if possible. I paid £20 (yes TWENTY POUNDS) delivery charge for what?? Supposed to be delivered Wednesday so I sit in all day - nowt, similar Thursday. On Friday I am told it will be delivered between 0850 and 0950. At 10 the tracking app tells me that a delivery was attempted but failed and a card would be in my letterbox to tell me what to do next. RUBBISH. I was in and waiting, no delivery was attempted and no card was put though my letterbox. This is the third time they have done this to me. I tracked one as he drove past the security gate to my apartment complex, stopped, I presume looked the gate and then drove on by. Every other courier company seems to manage it but not this lot. Avoid this shower like the plague - before buying anything online ask the supplier who the delivery company is and if they say "Parcelforce" tell them you are taking your business elsewhere.

Just an awful company with no help at all. Lies into your face. Steals from you. Said made delivery attempts when I was at home. I tried to redeliver to post office. Didn’t happen. All just awful when it could be so easy. Star rating. Customer Service -10. Delivery -10. Redelivery -10. Help -10. Don’t use them.
