Really like the diary but it was meant to be yellow and its lime green. I got yellow as this is the main colour of my companys branding so i was dissapointed. However I would order again as the quality is great, just need to advertise the colour correctly.

I did love the invitations, however most of them had a snag/mark on the gold foil. I was still able to use them but I was disappointed over half of them were imperfect. It looks like something with the machine messed up since it’s on the same spot on the invitations.

I love the design and the page options in the planner, but I wish it was organized by month instead of by page type - I will have to be flipping back and forth all year. It doesnt make much sense to be to be organized this way.

Disappointed by paper quality Poor value for money even after discount. Thick border line makes it visually impossible to write more than a one sided communication

I have had my planner and classic rollerball pen for about a year and absolutely loved my planner (no complaints there) and the *look* of the pen. However, the pen is somewhat of a letdown in terms of performance as the ink often skips, and it does feel somewhat scratchy against the paper as it writes (both felt and heard). I also have problems with the cap staying on the back side when writing; it doesn't secure/snap in but rather, it hangs, and I have to balance my pen so that it doesn't fall off while writing. The pen has been this way since the day I received it, and it still hasn't gotten any better nor have I gotten more used to it. Perhaps it might be time to purchase a new insert, but as I mentioned, it has been this way the entire time. Again, I ADORE the look of the pen; it's just not practical and doesn't write as well as I would like it to for the price point. Nonetheless, my order arrived quickly, and I'm sure I'll find myself buying at least paper products from them again!

My order arrived on time, packing was nice, and the overall designs they offer are quite attractive. However, with my particular purchase I found that the colours on the cover were dull and the overall placement on the cover was poor considering the price for these books. Inside the paper is thick but see through, and I found only particular pens could be used on the paper as the lines would get choppy with gel pens. These are all minor grievances, however, for the price I expected better. I also do not see these issues being resolved in the future. Personally I would not repurchase and was not worth the amount I paid.

Quality and design is nice, but layout is bizarre! There are year overviews, month overviews, month goals, and week overviews. But... they're not together. All the month overviews are arranged together, then all the monthly goal pages, then all the week overviews. If I want to plan my goals for January, get an overview of the month, and then plan week by week, I have to flip to THREE different sections of the planner. I have never encountered a planner organized this way, it makes no sense. Will probably repurchase a different planner.

Love the personalization. Disappointed in the paper. My pens bleed through the pages (papermate flair, Pigma microns, and even see some pencil through the paper!) and post it notes tear the surface of the paper when removed. I've used the Passion Planner for several years but wanted to move on to something classier. Papier has the style but the paper could be improved.

Delivery was a little long, I ordered 12/22, didn't ship until 12/27 & received 01/05, but understandable because mine was personalized & it was the Holidays. Was just hoping to receive it before or on New Year. However, I was quite disappointed when it came dented on front and sides with black dirt specks all over it, as there was minimal packaging to secure. I am all for minimal packaging to save the planet, but I would still hope it's secure enough to have the product come undamaged. Overall, the planner design is gorgeous, pages are very thick, and layout is functional.

Good: On the weekly view, I like that Saturday and Sunday are the same size as Monday through Friday. Bad: The paper is sheer and you can see writing through the pages.

Papier produces usually very quality products. The organization of the planners is helpful for daily, monthly, and yearly use. The products themselves are rather expensive, but you get your use out of them.

This is my 3rd year buying a yearly diary as I love the designs and personalisation that Papier offer. However I'm dissapointed with the quality this year. I paid £36 for my diary and the paper, page sizes and quality of leather have reduced this year. The diary is smaller, the paper is low quality and the leather is not as thick. I don't mind paying £36 as long as the standards are maintained. I'm not sure I would purchase the diary again next year.

I have used these diaries for several years and I love them. Beautiful covers, lots of colours and personalisation is perfect. This year I preferred my diary as usual and u fortunately the paper quality is poor. I use a fountain pen and it is bleeding through the pages. I contacted customer services who were prompt in replying. I was offered 15% Discount on another product. I haven’t used this as I assume the paper would be the same in all the products. If you use a biro then it would be a lovely product.

The shipping took a while (due to a delay), which was ok. However I have to say I was not impressed with the way the cards arrived. I wish they were plastic wrapped for protection, and that they arrived in an enclosed box (vs an unfolded box). This would be nice because when I opened the box, and unwrapped the cards, they went everywhere and were not easy to store. Thankfully none of my cards were damaged, but they did arrive on a rainy Seattle day!

A lot of cute designs but still have a lot more improvement needed. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of this planner. 1st- The cover for this planner is thin and it is paper so it can easily be ripped/folded. It is a yearly planner, I expected it to be hard thick-covered, or laminated. 2nd- minor issues but no attention to detail for the cut of the edge of the notebook. I wouldn’t be disappointed but It is not worth the price I paid for.

I made two orders recently for a total of 5 items. Out of the 5 items 3 had issues. The most recent order had another journal where the top cover is flush with the pages. It changes the way the journal opens and just doesn’t feel right. I’m surprised at the lack of quality control. I love the patterns, variety and paper quality, but it’s been very frustrating having so many faulty items. Papier replaced one item for me and refunded some money on the second item. I’m writing this in place of complaining about the third item. It gets old having to write to customer service. Envelopes are incredibly see-through. If privacy for your personal photos and messages are important to you, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Delivered promptly, however I’ll say not worth it unless you get the hard cover. My cover came off in less than a month, disappointed considering the cost. The spirals that keep the planner together also aren’t the greatest quality.
