“From start I found them very helpful and efficient. I received my sacks within a few days and it did take me a while to fill one sack. I still have another sack that I can use and am. When I rang them to collect my full sack they picked it up the next day. I would like to mention that the gentleman who answers the phone is very good and makes one feel confident that they are very efficient company.”

The bags were collected on the correct day just a delay in when they were collected. I phoned up (yes phoned !!) and dealt with Simon Willis who was extremely pleasant and arranged my collection there and then. The collection was made pretty much to the minute.
