Immediately helpful and reassuring and telling me how and what they could/would do. Then delivering the disposal bags with clear instructions which after filling were collected on the day promised. The certificate of disposal by email together with a very reasonable invoice closed the 'deal' with a very satisfied customer who would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential customer.”

“I had a couple of bags of personal confidential waste and wanted to dispose of them safely. I contacted Paper Mountains who immediately organised waste bags to be sent in the post and organised a pick-up at my convenience. They were very helpful and answered all my questions and it was a very efficient and reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend it to someone in a similar situation to myself.”

“Really easy to use, efficient and good value. Bags came in the post (more than I thought I needed which was good because I needed more!). PaperMountains was helpful about what to include (and were pretty relaxed about including, say, negatives). Picked up the sealed bags as agreed and sent a certificate of destruction. I felt confident that my personal papers (I wanted to get rid of a lot of family photos and letters) were disposed of confidentially.”
