Shocking. Dont wish to leave even one star. Clearly ‘individuals’ working there find it funny to send a replacement item (due to fault with the first) out that was clearly an already returned item with statue glued in place. Haha very funny, note to self thats cost the company regarding courier costs and in the longterm if financial issues happen etc could mean jobs, might need to think differently about your job and who you work for and if hate every minute or think amusing the last laugh might be in you. Shame that money spent by me and two items in site I dont have a usable product:

Please note that day to a page diaries only have half a page each for Saturday and Sunday. This is not clear from the description or illustrations. Love the diary but will be returning it.

Bought £8.50 "have a roarsome birthday" jungle pop up, musical card at London Bridge station shop on 28/7. No music/noise at all and weight of speaker at top of card means it has to be leant against something to stand up.

I entered into a contract with PaperChase and with in a year they disappeared phone numbers disconnected and I have never heard back from them since! They have the appropriate name because I am still chasing the paper (money) I paid them! They a wonderful job with the cover but then wham! Gone! This is down right scandalous!

I went in the Birmingham branch for the first time this week, although they had a good selection of stationery, most was overpriced for what it was. I heard one of the sales assistants refer to a male customer as a "guy". This is unprofessional and discourteous, it would have been more polite if she had said "gentleman", a female customer would be called a "lady" no doubt, and this shows male customers aren't being treated with the same level of repect.

Placed an order on 2nd December for click and collect, received an email on the 3rd to say it is being shipped to store and await a further email before picking it up. then heard nothing, Checked my account and no order listed (even though they took the money out of my PayPal account on the 2nd Dec) emailed on 8th to check what was going on, no response, emailed again on 11th NO RESPONSE Called to query and waited 28 MINS !!!! to get through to someone who couldn't care less, said they had no tracking number for this they could email the shop or I can call myself, if the shop hadn't received it I could call back and wait another half an hour to get through to have a replacement sent out, asked why I never received and response to my emails she just replied they were BUSY !!! I then asked would I have to wait another 28 mins to get through she said yes as there busy and hung up. If you ever think of buying from paperchase always use PayPal or you will never get your money back ! For a shop that has a high end feel the customer service is ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING !!!!!

The service in paperchase Angel branch below average! The employees hardly care whether you’re happy or not. Never give you solutions or alternative to faulty products and the only reply you’ll hear is ‘no, I’m sorry we can’t help’. I was a regular customer for years but the quality of products and service is so low that it completely put me off this brand!

I purchased £26 worth of items online from Paperchase with 1-day shipping on 19 Dec 2018 and the money was charged to my card that same day. I received an order confirmation email on the 19th and expected my order to arrive before Christmas. By 30 Dec, I still had no package and no shipping update (or 'your order is on hold' update). So on 30 Dec 2018, I politely emailed customer service about my order. No response. I sent a new inquiry on 2 Jan 2019. No response. I emailed again on 5 Jan 2019 requesting a cancellation of my order and expressing my dissatisfaction at the way this was handled. No response. I re-submitted my cancellation request again on 6 Jan 2019. No response. So today (7 Jan 2019) I found the 'Live chat' and re-submitted my request for a refund/order cancellation and explained the circumstances around why I was asking for the order to be cancelled. The representative told me that there had been an error in the system and the warehouse had been unable to see the items in my order. She then told me my order would be sent as soon as possible. I then reiterated that no, I had already purchased the (now late) birthday cards elsewhere and wanted a full refund on my card. She then told me that their system "does not alert them" when this IT error happens, so they have no way of knowing that a customer's order can't be shipped and offered me a £10 online voucher. She never did address the fact that all of my messages and emails asking someone to rectify the situation or check on my order went unanswered. Or that if I hadn't hopped on the live chat, Paperchase would have gone ahead with online order fraud by never sending me my products and never returning my money. This is unacceptable business practice for any shop- especially one as large and corporate as Paperchase. I will no longer be shopping at Paperchase and would highly encourage anyone reading this to shop elsewhere or be prepared to watch your order like a hawk.

Afternoon 3 months of emailing them i finally get my refund back. Or at least part of it. As they insist i paid £10 less than i actually did. They then said they can only refund me the full amount if i screenshot my bank statement with all my bank details on it. How stupid do they think i am? And all this after they sent me the wrong thing to begin with

The courier emailed me to say that my parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t been delivered and didn’t turn up. I contacted Paperchase three times, the last to request a refund for a parcel that was clearly never going to arrive. They ignored my emails when I sent them and have continued to do so. They clearly don’t think it is a problem they should have to deal with. ‘Customer service’ is not a term anyone could apply to Paperchase, I’m not even sure they have anyone working in that department at all. It seems that they feel they are so profitable that they don’t need to concern themselves with customers at all. I have shopped in Paperchase for years, purchasing stationery, gifts, wrapping paper and cards. Probably only £300 to £400 a year, which is a lot to me, but not nearly enough for them it seems. I won’t be spending a single penny with them again.

I'm in LOVE with Paperchase. They have so many notebooks and supplies to fit the needs of any human being. I personally love their stickers, their range of plain brown notebooks and stationary (that you can decorate yourself), and their new addition of art supplies. 5/5 for me every time
