“Easy to order and a swift delivery but unfortunately the bags we have used up to now have had bases go through straight before adding any items and tearing though once items put into bag. These bags are NOT fit for purpose.”

Firstly, I would like to apologies that the bags you had ordered did not fit the requirements you needed them for. We do however offer a wide variety of bags with different strengths, and I am sure that we would have another bag type that could meet your required needs. We are more than happy to send out samples of the different options we have available, so if you would be interested in looking for an alternative option then please do get in contact with us and we will be happy to help.

“Lovely bags, yet the first batch we had were damaged and nobody was interested in ringing me back to rectify. So I have £40 of damaged bags with a case of bad communication!”
