We have beautiful, 5-star clinics in the city centre of Manchester (King Street) & the city centre of Liverpool (St Paul's Square). We also welcome patients in our very own purpose-built 12-bed, overnight hospital with 2 GA laminar flow theatres, and full imaging centre (MRI, CT, Mammography, X-Ray and Ultrasound).

“I made a visit to Pall Mall in Manchester recently (61-67 King St) I had booked in for a men's health screening which the process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. I initially sent an email to get some information about the treatment to which the staff ( I believe i dealt with Samantha) she was more than happy to provide great, fast and reliable information. After i had been given a date and time to suit me i arrived for my treatment the next week, I was greeted on arrival by very friendly staff and was asked to wait in the seating area. And its at this point you can really appreciate the extra care and attention to detail of going private, the seating area was immaculate and noise free having a very calming feel. After waiting around 5 minutes I was invited to have a blood sample taken and this was carried out very professionally with no pain and again this room was perfectly clean. I was then taken in to see the Doctor ( Dr Fard) who was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns with no problem and delivering this information in a positive and friendly manner also reassured me. After being showed back to the reception i was sent on my way with a pleasant goodbye and i was contacted again after a week with all my results and a very pleasant email to make sure everything was how it should be. Overall my experience was fantastic and i would and have recommended to friends and family with two of my friends and brother all attending in the last month. Thank Pall Mall”

“greattttttttttt!!! I needed a last minute medical doing before I flew to china. i only found out literally a week before the deadline. I rang about 10 places - 9 couldnt help me. 1 could - you guys!! life savers. x-ray, bloods, doc appointment and report at the same time and back before the deadline. you really helped me out. im in bejing now thanks to you all. if i hadnt got that VISA medical done in time, i could have potentially missed the contract and missed the chance to see my godson again! here's me and Sandy saying thanks to you all!”

“These guys are so nice and honest. I actually came wanting breast implants. The surgeon was really understanding, I was his last patient of the clinic and the clinic was about to close. But he spent over an hour with me as I had so many questions. Helen was really happy to stay later and didnt cause a fuss at all - most people would have been looking at their watches non-stop. I was so relieved i was made to feel comfortable after 1 hour, Mr Prasad and I both agreed that surgery wasnt suitable for me just yet as i wasnt 100% sure on what outcome I wanted recieve or what size. rather than rush me into book a surgery date, I was told to book again once i could of considered all my options i spoke to my mum, sister and best friend who were really supportive. I couldnt thank them enough. i came back to see the consultant again about 3 months later. Helen even swapped her shift so she could see me and make sure I had all my questions answered. everyone was so sweet. i booked in and just had my op last month. it was a bit tender at first but i was assured that was normal. i had maxine the nurse on the other end of the phone who was always able to help me if i got scared realy great experience and i will proudly recommend Mr Prasad, Helen and Pall Mall to everyone!”
