“Only given 1 star as 0 wasn't an option. DO NOT EVER USE MITCHELLS OF MANSFIELD as a matter of personal safety. They outsource jobs which I would assume is the norm when connecting freight across the UK which is fine. What isn't fine is that the company they used in the South East sent a driver that dragged the item across the back of the delivery vehicle and couldn't care less, then verbally abused me for asking him to stop and then after an argument ensued, threatened me with physical abuse. Whilst the driver and that company apologised unreservedly which I have accepted, Mitchells of Mansfield have dragged their feet and I have had to pursue a refund from them for the abhorrent experience. The director in her emails has accused me of being sharp in my tone and sees it fit to continue to make this a truly unpleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.”

“A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I recently needed to transport a quad bike from Leeds to Devon and searched online for a pallet collection and delivery service that was sensibly priced. I came across Pallet Hub. Their prices were exceptionally good value so I decided to book it. It was extremely simple to book. The collection was fantastically quick and delivery just as quick. What I liked most about using Pallet Hub was the speed in which my order was processed; tracking service - even though I had selected the standard service, it was great to see exactly what was happening at any given time.... and the speed of collection and delivery and the lovely, cheerful and professional service by the driver made my experience very very positive. Thank you. TO MOVE FROM 'GOOD' TO 'EXCELLENT': To make this experience an excellent one, rather than just 'good' you would need to improve your web ordering page: Because, even though I had roughly calculated myself the cost of 2 pallets, and had entered this information into your web pages, I was very confused as to the total charges right up to 'checkout' and even then I was unsure as to what you had debited from my card.. At no time, even at the point of sale, was it confirmed to me, what I was being charged. During my enquiry/order, I kept clicking on to the "NEXT' button to see what my total charge would be - but nothing ever was displayed. I kept clicking on to the "NEXT' button to see if it would show me- but nothing ever did. Suddenly I was on the CONFIRM page before I knew it and clicked on this hoping at this time it would show me. But all I got was a message saying that my order had been successful. I was extremely frustrated that the site did not make this clear.”

“Had my parcels delivered on a pallet with no problems next day from Middlesbrough to colchester .Real good service at good price. No damage to parcels whatsoever. was a good service which I shall use again with piece of mind and will recommend your company to anybody, Many thanks”
