“This was our first experience of using a using a pallet company and all I can say is that we received the best advise and service. The courier company were extremely helpful the staff polite and knowledgable and went out of there way to meet our customers deadline for delivery! Our customer was pleased with how helpful the delivery driver was on arrival will definitely use again.”

“consignment should have been collected on Monday 6th June . when chasing up late that day I was advised that the driver had forgotten the collection ! was collected on 7th . way below your normally excellent service . mobile 07808 909609 if you wish to discuss .”

“We were given a user name and password to enable us to track the progress of the delivery but there was "No Tracking Available". Is this normal? If so, what is the point of giving the customer the user name and password?”

“This is a fantastic service. I don't normally do reviews but this service was so good I decided to. Thank you so much. Pallet arrived quickly and driver even allowed me to use his trolley to get pallet to my front door. Will definitely use again thanks”

“My pallet arrived on time but due to the driver's fault, the whole pallet fell down and some of my stocks have been damaged. I did wrote to pallet hub the same day online, now it's one week already still no one contact me about this matter. That's let me down a bit.”

“Really good! Thanks very much for delivering two oversize palletised loads. You chose not to deliver first time (having seen the size of the access track) but gamely got your 16 tonne lorry 1/4 mile backwards down our hill on re-arrangement. Rearrangement by the way was easy with lots of good communication from you by mobile phone which was appreciated. Really nice driver and also helpful and flexible in offloading and just generally being a nice bloke. All in all a great service and (whisper it - petty good value when you consider any other alternative). It makes the purchase of heavy and otherwise ill-advised Ebay purchases that could possibly be palletised not just feasible but a piece of cake. I'm very grateful to the whole team that makes this work - Thank you!”
