“AVOID THIS COMPANY CHARGED FOR WHAT I WAS QUOTED £170 THEN ASKED TO PUT MY PARCEL ON A PALLET BY THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY I GOT CHARGED £316 SURCHARGE FOR THE ITEM BEING ON A PALLET ANYBODY THINKING OF USING THESE CON ARTISTS DONT AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

Their prices are low which is handy in times likes these, but more important to me is the level of help they offer their customers, whether over the phone or by email. They help me with amending bookings and giving updates whenever I want them, goods are delivered on time and with out issues. 5***** service thanks”

“I recently shipped 2 used engines from London to Northern Ireland, and I am pleased to share my experience with the entire process . Pallet2ship ensured a smooth and hassle free delivery, taking excellent care of the engines throughout their journey. The shipment arrived within the estimated time frame, which was impressive. Upon receiving the shipment, I inspected the engines, and I was pleased to find them in good condition. Although they were used. There were no visible signs of damage or mishandling during transit. I will definitely use Pallet2ship for my future shipments and happy to recommend them.”

“I used to use various different pallet and parcel websites before finding Pallet2Ship. After my first job with them I knew I would only book them going forward. I can call them and they respond to my emails very quickly, even before they open at 9am when I email out of hours. Their prices are good and I can't fault the services.”

“I have used their parcel services a few times to send to the USA. Their prices are very competitive and their team on the phone helped me with the customs documents. I like that the website allows you to create an invoice for customs also. Called a few times and was always given the info I needed. Will be using them again.”

“I have relocated from Manchester to London last year, and I used Pallet2ship to move my belongings. The whole experience was great. They even guided me through the packing process as it was my first pallet delivery. I booked an economy service and my goods arrived in 2 working days. “DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR AVOID!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THESE INCLUDING THE MANAGER GEORGE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH MY DELIVERY TURNED UP 7 DAYS LATE WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPANY PAID HIGHLY FOR DELIVERY THEN APPRENTLY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND WAS NOT SUCCESFUL AFTER SENDING GOOGLE IMAGES OF MY ROAD LYING ABOUT IT BEING BLOCKED! THEN EMAILED TO SAY THEY WANT A FURTHER £30 TO BRING IT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE VAN OR NO DELIVERY WILL BE MADE! POSSIBLY THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER TO LET EVERYONE KNOW KNOW TO AVOID!! I HAVE EVER BIT OF EVIDENCE TO BACK UP MY STORY!! AFTER WRITING A REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT THEY RANG ME BEING DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL CALLING ME A LIAR ONCE AGAIN WILLING ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW!! BULLYING BEHAVIOUR”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company. We paid for a service on the 30 July which did not happen and we are still waiting for a refund (over 4 months later). The day they were supposed to pick up they called to say they could not do it for the amount paid. They then offered another solution for 3 times the amount. We declined this and are still waiting for a full refund.”
