“Worst company ever... I wish I could give them 0 stars.I sent my parcel 23 kg to Pakistan paying them extra money to collect parcel from my home. It been 6 months and parcel hasn't received. COMPLETLY FRUAD COMPANY. NO ONE ANSEWRS PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. Allah will punish you for eating haram and feeding your children with harm... LAANAAAT BAISHUMAAR.....HARAMIYOOO”

“I used this company a few years ago and it was very late delivering but it arrived and I felt that I would give them another try especially that their prices were reasonable. I sent two three parcels since November 2023 and to date 10/04/23 there no delivery and their office phone is on answering machine...the parcels that were sent was for a our Charity and Children Feeding Program...I am very disappointed at the behaviour and lack of interest for genuining customers who any want their parcels delivered and if there is a problem to at least let us know. I do not know what to do and it is very embarrassing to us because those who are dependant on the parcels arriving think that we were lying about the timeframe and possible that they were never sent. I don't even know how to face those who made honest contributions towards the Food program and what I could say to them... being a Muslim doesn't change a person's heart we are who we are in our hearts and if a man's word is no good then he is no good and in this case and from the review cases I have read these people are no good for business...”

“5 months ago they have taken my stuff, it was for my nieces wedding items, people are extremely rude they don't attend calls, put U answering machine for hours . Lost my goods and their charges.”

“I send my parcel 15 weeks ago I send it at the end off December but still didn’t deliver I am calling them every day but no one picking up the phone from 3 weeks before when they answer the phone every time they said next week , next week,now they are not answering the phone I send the cargo over 100 kg . They don’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone and advise what’s going on. Very very much disappointed and very bad service.”

“Am sending my parcel 15 weeks ago but my parcel still not delivered.I am calling your company for inquiry on 20th march they said parcel will be delivered on last week of march.After 30th march i called again they said sorry your parcel will be delivered with in first week of April.Now today am calling again because my parcel is not arrived yet.Your worker misbehaved with me and said parcel will arrived after eid.I am so upset with your services and your workers unprofessional behaviour. I send a lot of things to my family for eid.So tell me now what's the benefit of the arrival of parcel after eid?Who is responsible for it? It's my first and last experience with your company.If something went wrong you must be teeling to us before making an order.”

“These people are bigger thief in this world. That took my package. I never see my package 8 months now.I I take tham TO court they didn't answer to the court as well the court is in my favour because these people didn't reply to court I have lost £1000 worth stuff. my stuff and I lost court fee £88.when they came to collect my stuff they pretended to be very nice when they took my package telling me if we didn't pay customs for them there will be no guarantee for customs clearance they charged me £2.50 per kg extra charge. they came with a rental van.I asked why they hired the van. they said because they used last 2 year hire van also. they pretended to be good muslim with long beared I believe that they are good Muslims even I paid extra cash for guarantee customs charges.please don't use this company.believe me I HOPE THEY will be GOING TO HELL because they ruined Muslims.This is Ramadan and they will pay my debt on day Day of Judgement”

“Worst company ever! Lies- rude behaviour - poor customer service - no regards for others - fast to take your money and treat you like cr*p. It’s been 6 months and my shipment has still not arrived despite being promised 6-8weeks for delivery- and every weekend they have. Anew excuse as to why my package has not been delivered yet. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs”

“On August 4th, 2023, we engaged a cargo service to ship 22kg of items to Pakistan. Now, in March 2024, more than seven months later, our shipment remains undelivered despite our persistent weekly inquiries. Each time we contact the company, we are met with promises of delivery that never materialize. Our attempts to communicate via email and phone have been met with silence; our numbers have even been blocked. Personal visits to their office confirmed it is operational, yet our concerns are dismissed, and we are turned away without answers. This ongoing evasion leads us to conclude that the company is not only unreliable but also fraudulent. Regrettably, we have lost both our goods and our money. We are compelled to take action by reporting this matter to the trading standards authority to prevent others from experiencing similar losses. Please exercise caution and avoid this company's services.”

“Bloody thieves. Took parcel in october and not delivered even after 6 months. The boy who recieves calls is extremely rude and abusive. By reading other reviews i realised this company is just stealing stuff from people and never delivers them. Never use this company. I am going to make official complaints against this company. They are earning haram and stealing from others. Amazing they are doing this in UK.”

“This company has gone bust I checked with company house and they informed me that it’s always good to check about companies with company’s house on 03031234500 and their company number provided on their website is 13826478 I called and found out that they went into administration in November 2023 fraudulent people shame on them Liars”

“Scammers , Do not trust Pakistan Cargo 4 U, you will never receive your items, they are selling your stuff in pakistan and telling you next week next week, i have sent some items from october last year, still haven't received there, they are fruad, we are reporting them to Action Fruad, and others please report them to save other innocent people from scam.”

“This is not a company, this is a group of thieves. There are counless people who have been the victim of this fraud. This cargo company is a fraudulant business and is run as if they are living in Pakistan, and can get away with it. They collected my 50Kg of stuff on 15 Sept and delivered only half of it on 17 December, ie.they stolen 25kg of my stuff. They took out all the new and expensive items and have not been delivered till this day. I curse those who are involved in this fraudulant business, to burn in hell forever. Ameen. They are filling their bellies with fire. I am disgusted, as to why so many people, in these reviews are being robbed and they are not taking any action agaist these scamers. We all should report to the Department of Fair Trading. I am certainly going to do that. I have just taken a advice from a lawyer and he told me that there is a good chance of success. I will not leave any stone unturned, to stop this scam to continue. Please all of you who are victims and robbed by this so called cargo company, should take this action. This does not cost you any thing. You can do this on line. We have to stop this day light robery. This who business is being run by one man called Hassan. He is a liar and rude. We should take action to stop other innocent people to be the victim of this scam. We not only part with our valuables but also pay them in the form of delivery charges. They will InshaAllah, incur God's in this World and the life here after. I don't know how they sleep and have no guilt, and continue to rob innocent customers. They have no shame. Please also read the Trustpilot reviews, they will give you more insight into this cargo scamers. Why we are not permitted to leave reviews on pakistancargo4u website? .If they did they will loose this scam business over night.”

“Disgusting fraud and lying people. 1 year ago you collected a parcel from my home, and it’s not been delivered to Lahore Pakistan. It’s been a whole year. It was a 71kg parcel. Invoice number: 95719 Fraud people robbers Don’t receive my calls last time the stupid person call drop even I am not finished how dare you where is my stuff and I need my money money poor disgusting service my parcel cost £2000”

“Frauds! They’ve the worst customer reduce! My cargo has gone missing and it’s been 6 months now. They’re hiding from me and not replying or responding to any of my msgs, emails or calls. Unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour! This is day light robbery”

“This service is very slow .I send my parcel estimately £5000 .three months have passed but my parcel is not reached to my home I got a huge loss because parcel was a gift for marriage but it didn't reach on time so we bought every thing again .sooooo sad .workers are making us fool. every week say received next week but 3 months passed in waiting”

“Pathetic service. Extremely unprofessional. Its not about the package arriving early or late it's about service and reliability. The boys who answers the phone is so so so rude. And tells you that he has nothing to do with your stuff.. I can't explain his words. Intehai badtameezi. Allah hedayat de. Pata nahi Pakistaniyo ki kartootein itni gandi kyu hoti hain when they do business. Customers k right ko to kuch samjhte hi nhi. Or aise arrogant hote hain jese larkay wale hon.”

“(95667)Nearly one year I send my Cargo UK to Pakistan still not receiving yet. I am trying to call them every single day but hardly the pick up the calls and tell me its going to be delivered next week. But still I'm waiting. Very bad experience with this Company. I am not happy and not satisfied. Not recommended to anyone. I don't know when they r deliver my Cargo.”
