“(95667)Nearly one year I send my Cargo UK to Pakistan still not receiving yet. I am trying to call them every single day but hardly the pick up the calls and tell me its going to be delivered next week. But still I'm waiting. Very bad experience with this Company. I am not happy and not satisfied. Not recommended to anyone. I don't know when they r deliver my Cargo.”

“Assslamolykum very sad to share I have very bad experience for cargo to Pakistan with them Every person who work in that company only think about their monthly payment They don’t care about how we are suffering In stress They don’t care we send things some for our relatives and some for very poor person in our families They don’t want to help to us at all So sad Mey Allha guid us all Don’t want to share my name because I am woman”

“Avoid this scam company with its fraudulent services at all costs. We shipped with them on two separate occasions last summer (31st May, 31st July), 8 months later we’ve yet to receive our parcels. Initially the would pick up calls and blatantly lie about the delivery date being within the week. Now they’ve completely cut all communication and we’re left with hiring lawyers seeking legal recourse. Do not book with this company.”

“Fraud fraud fraud company please dont trust them i sent my air cargo on January 2022 but still haven’t received. when i tried to contact they lied & keep me on hold i still cant believe how could they run a company after doing such fraud please take an action & let them shut down this fraud company! can any one help me for legal action. i i i checked the review 99% customer facing same problem.any one have experience how to deal with such a stupid person?”

“Please avoid this company its fraud my luggae hasn't reached since Feb 2023 and these people keep telling me it will reach next week...please donot wate money on these people.they charged os much extra money then they claim and charge so many service charges as well as charge for bags and donot deliver the luggae and no refund recieved.plesse avoid.”

“Thugs and Liars - my cargo sent in January was suppose to reach in April, is still not received in end of October; the customer service is saying that they don’t know anything about it the boss would know we are just working in call centre. I will report the thugs to the relevant authority. My invoice attached”

“THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES! I SENT CARGO BY AIR JANUARY 3RD I PAID OVER £500 JUST FOR SHIPPING AS THEY PROMISED THEY WILL DELIVER BY AIR IN 2/3WEEKS THEY DIDNT IT IS NOW MAY 30TH THEY KEEP TELLING ME TUESDAY/SATURDAY I JUST FINISHED A PHONE CALL THE ASSHOLE ON THE END OF THE LINE IS THIEF AND A LIAR WHOM KEEPS TAUNTING AND SPEAKING OVER ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY, THEY WONT REFUND ME OR DELIVER THE ITEMS I HAVE SENT, GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME? THEY WILL LETME KNOW TUESDAY! THIS COMPANY PAYS PEOPLE TO LEAVE 5STAR REVIEWS INCLUDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. MAY ALLAH CURSE THEM FOR STEALING.”

“Highly Recommend their service. *Special thanks to Hasaan who cleared my doubts as i was a bit skeptical after reading reviews which are totally misleading and also updated me about parcel status once its in pakistan you'll get tracking number. *Professional and Honest. *They do further packing of each and every box which is a plus and trust me they do it so perfectly that all my stuff reached in a perfect condition. Time periods wouldn't be an issue as long as your stuff reached in good condition.prepare your mind it may takes a bit longer but they update you. Thanks to all three gentlemen who came for collection Definately use their service again and recommend to friends and family”

“DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are operating under another company named called UK2PK. If you call on their helpline (00441413437770), they will have the exact same music as the one on Pakistan Cargo 4U. If you go on the website (https://www.uk2pkcargo.co.uk/) you will notice a similar layout of the webpage and the text written on the website is pretty much the same. To my surprise, as I researched them further, I found a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/UK2PK/) that sells clothes and of babies and some adult clothes and now I am thinking what if they probably steal their customers' belongings and then sell them on other pages? I am not sure if this is the case but at this point I would not be surprised if this is the kind of scams they are doing with their customers. Every time I call on Pakistan Cargo 4U's helpline, they say my cargo will arrive this week, on the weekend, next week etc. but it has been almost fifteen weeks and there is still no sign of my shipment. My cargo was picked up from London on November 2nd, 2022 and it is now February 13th, 2023 and the excuse they give me when I call is that the shipment is stuck in customs. Hassan changes his statements every few days and sometimes he says the shipment is cleared, when I call the following week he says the shipment is still not cleared. They themselves don't know what is going on within the company. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS, UK. THEY ARE FRAUDS.”

“Disgraceful i am soo annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews. I totally agree with all the negative reviews as i am going through the exact situation pleaseeee avoid at alll costsss. I thought it was just me that they were giving these excuses too but the same excuse the same thing is being said to majority of the people. Hassan is very rude and has been lying to me since the 8th week of me sending the cargo its been 15 weeks still not received anything.”
