“Unfortunately my experience so far has been a disaster. Not necessarily the direct fault of Paint Spray Tools but more on the side of Aristospray. I ordered the QT190 but the QP019 was delivered instead. and I had paid extra for the DHL express delivery which wasn’t cheap. Then DHL picked up the QP019 but the replacement was only delivered by TNT and took another 3 odd days to arrive, this all led to me losing a week to work on a job. Then when the QT190 finally arrived, it was the wrong voltage ! 110v not 240v ! So DHL had to redeliver a 240v machine which was another few days and then this was delivered with the toolkit missing which I had to take out of the 110v box before DHL took it away ! So I lost over a week of work, I still don’t have all the bits promised and it’s left me rather disappointed overall ... Paint Spray were very apologetic and offered a voucher on my next purchase but I’m still annoyed over the whole experience.”

“Would just like to thank the receptionist who l spoke to today my sprayer was not pumping whilst on a job she tried to get someone from tech for me to talk to but no one was available they rang back within 10 mins the guy talked me through with what he thought the problem was great guy and his knowledge was spot on so l was able to get the machine working and start the work.Thanks so much to you both a credit to your company l could not recommend you high enough.👍APW Builders.”
