“I went to put on a £1 each way on a three horse patent cost would have been £14 in total but the pp website would not allow me to do this and message came up maximum bet for this bet is 0.23 pence what sort of bookmaker are they in my opinion total rubbish everything is geared for themselves and not for their clients don’t go near them at all.”

“I am very annoyed with paddy power.Tried to change my address and card details.Sent all my details to them passport with my photo.bank statement and birth certificate.I have been with them for a number of years.my account had £99 in it.I normally use my winnings to pay small bills.I want my money.For us poor people that’s a lot of money andI want it back.Iam now going to trading standards the financial ombudsman and the. Television programme Rip of Britain.You took all my personal details and then closed my account.How dare you?”

“It is a SCAM!! deposited money and won small amounts, they closed my account without any explanation and NOT giving me the money I won! Asked for all my personal information and closed my account right away. TOTAL SCAM!”

“So been using this site for a year, I have withdrew winnings before to my account, with no problem, small amounts, I win 1000 pound and withdraw it to then be refused the payment to my bank, there saying they want a picture of the front and back of a bank card I used a year ago!! A fkn year ago!! The card expired so I got new card, obviously…. So do not have the old one… it expired!!! Same bank same account number and sort code the lot! And to make it worse they have let me withdraw and deposit with my card on a few times!!! But nope paddypower is refusing to pay me out my winnings , now they’re saying they want bank statements from a year ago showing all all transactions!!! FROM AND A WHOLE YEAR OF STATEMENTS !! I’ve never heard the likes in all my days!!! Robbing ppl of there winnings that’s what they are doing!!! How they get away with this is beyond me honestly… Well paddypower I will not be leaving this trust me…. I have contacted gaming commissions, and I will contact others… I have took pics of conversations , the lot.. ! I will not not stop until use pay me my winnings. Security checks my back side…. Robbing ppl more like… should have read the reviews before playing on this site. I’m not the only one they have done this to.. they are keeping ppls winnings,and using any excuse they can.. wanting a year of bank statements is complete and utter nonsense!!…. “this is the most disgusting site out there! trust me i play on most of them but paddy power are nothing but blatant thieves! Every deposit for over a year it's swallowed whole not even allowed me to claw back so much as a tenner, that's across the board, slingo, bingo, and their slots. they think RTP stands for return to player but let me tell you it really stands for rip the p***. “Scheming scroats , the dregs of our society , not enough that they got odds on their side , they'll Rob you ,take your money at any chance they can . I placed a £50 bet on 3 football teams Saturday night , one was only just finishing , I didn't know this as my bet came through one game said lost , I should of checked the times .my fault .who in their right mind would bet on a game 60 seconds from the end .Not good for business because they've lost custom do they care , the dregs of our society. “I just left Paddy Power and I've been with them for several years, I had won about £33 but they would not allow me to withdraw it. I've always withdrawn my winnings, meagre as they are but this was a shock they said it would be transferred into Net Credits ! still in shock I managed to cancel my account and get them to transfer my winnings into my bank. If I didn't cancel my account they would still have my money. It's a shame because I always had 100% trust in them and I'm Irish. Now I'm glad to be rid of them ...”
