“I've been subscribing to PACT coffee for a couple of years. The House blend whole beans are great (I've been meaning to try others). I really like the simplicity of delaying the next delivery by 7 days or requesting an extra delivery if we've had friends round. It's all dead reliable. The pack fits through the letter box so no problems there! I'm a happy customer.”

“Its not always about when it goes right, sometimes it's about how you deal with it when it goes wrong. My first order got some unlucky treatment on its' journey and arrived soaking wet and rather squashed. I sent a couple of photos to Pact and followed up with a call the next day, replacements were sorted within 5 minutes (and even sent to my brother's house in case they arrived at mine too late to take as Christmas presents). That's how customer service should be!”
