Ordered moving blankets 5 weeks ago for next day delivery and nothing received. Have checked their so called tracking system and the order was dispatched 4 days after ordering. The status still hasn't changed. I have called customer service number several times, waiting for more than 30-40 mins with no answer. I have filled out 3 forms and sent emails all resulting in nothing. The only way to speak to someone is by calling the sales line and harassing the guy, who promised me someone would call back. Save your money and time and take your business elsewhere.

My order did not arrive and they have taken my money! I paid extra for next day delivery - but am still waiting 5 days later....NO RESPONSE from Packing Boxes despite chasing several times. Their tracking system does not even recognise my order. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. If I could I would give zero stars.

Ordered 3 sets of packing boxes. One arrived on time, the other 2 arrived a month too late so ended up buying more boxes to complete the job! The communication was appalling, tried calling, emailing, online chat but had no assistance at all and no replies to emails which was extremely frustrating. No apologies, no money back, nothing! Very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company and if I could give it a minus rating I would!

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. The wrong items was sent and arrived later than my promised timeline. I tried to email, fill out their contact form and call them and the service was non-existent. It is too late to be blaming reduced operations due to Covid. No one responded. Terrible terrible service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting for my promised refund...

They are a disgrace to work with! I ordered 10 plastic packing boxes on 02/05/2020. my order arrived on 06/05/2020 with 3 of the boxes broken. I called on 06/05/2020 & held on for 21 minutes but no answer. I then emailed them to say I had a problem & got a reply to say I needed to take photos as proof. I emailed the photos on the same day. I heard nothing back. I sent another email on 11/05/2020 and still no reply beside an auto generated number - not much good if you don't get any help!!! I have called twice today 10/08/2020 but no joy in getting to speak to someone. The auto call system tell you to press zero to leave a message - next joke!! They just hang up on you! It is a disgrace that they take your money VERY quickly but after 3 months I still haven't have the issue sorted! They shouldn't be allowed to trade!! If I could, they would get NO stars on the rating scale! My advice to anyone thinking of using packingboxes.co.uk is DON'T!!!!!

My 'order' if there every was one was during lockdown. Worth remembering considering this bad review. I ordered 1 box for next day delivery. Receipt email said guaranteed next day delivery. Didn't arrive the next day. I phoned up and waited around 45 mins patiently. Customer service lady answered and told me it hasn't been dispatched, but she could go down to the warehouse and make sure it's dispatched so it arrives tomorrow. I said that I'd paid for next day delivery and I needed it today to ship something to arrive tomorrow.. there was no suggestion to help me so I told them to cancel the order. Having calmed down and come to terms with my package not being in the right place at the right time. I phoned back to say ok, could I place the order again if you guarantee that it will be there tomorrow. They said they couldn't guarantee that. I said (again) that I had paid for 'next day' delivery which had failed and asked why they still can't guarantee 48 hour delivery. No understandable answer. She then went off the phone (I thought she might be trying to sorry it out for me) then came back and said that they've run it of the box I needed. So in the hour in between me cancelling my first order and placing my next, they had so many orders for this particular box that my originally ordered box was now spoken for and they had no more! That is an efficient company! I suspect they never had the box (by the sound of other reviews, the quality wouldn't have been good enough anyway). In summary, they didn't deliver on time, charged extra, didn't offer to resolve my problem or waive extra cost of 'next day' delivery. I have had no communication re refund since (or seen it in my account). I have had to organise a special courier which cost me a lot more than sending in one of these boxes using a delivery service.. maybe I should not only keep chasing my refund, but go to small claims court for the additional costs? It is my opinion that companies who treat their customers with respect and good service (people understand there may be problems) will survive covid. Companies who don't react and treat customers unfairly will not. My advice for the company (if you care) is to remove 'next day' from their list of services as clearly from lots, lots and lots of reviews they cannot provide this service (whether they could outside of covid is another question). Stop paying for advertising on Google if you can't fulfill your orders. By the sounds of their staff and responses they are waiting for the inevitable anyway (unless they never process the refunds) in which case the business won't perish immediately. My advice to potential customers is unfortunately, don't use packingboxes.co.uk

Awful company who ignore you and purposely avoid your calls if they know your order has an issue, but when you call off a different line they will answer. Had to get assistance from trading standards in order to get a legal letter composed in order to get a refund on an order not received. Worst experience with a company ever, please avoid and do yourself a favour.

Packing Boxes promise next day delivery, but it took more than two weeks to receive an incomplete order. They claim the order is complete, though some items were missing, and the packing slip clearly shows at least one item was out of stock. They are not replying to my request for a refund for the missing items. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

An absolute nightmare. If you ever have to phone customer services a word of advice ---- DON'T, you are likely to be on the phone for hours and when they eventually answer they do not listen. I bought some packing boxes which stated they could be adjusted...wrong!! do you think that I get get some pea brain on the end of the phone to try to understand what it meant. I now have a totally useless product and they have £60 of my money.....Grrrrrrrrrr!

Total shambles of a business. I ordered boxes from their company on the Sunday thinking they'd turn up on Tuesday ready for my move on the Friday. It's now the following Monday and I've just had a message from the courier saying the are turning up today. I've cancelled the order twice, been on hold for countless hours and sent a million emails chasing everything up. Not a single response. Don't go anywhere near these people.

Absolutely useless. I wish I'd read all these reviews before ordering. I ordered my item on the 30th of June, with guaranteed next day delivery. It wasn't shipped until the third of July. It is now the eighth of July, and still no sign of my order. I'm in a "live chat" with customer service and being completely ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Do not trust this company or believe the positive reviews(probably fake). This company have a fake tracking system and claim to use Tufnell's delivery when in actual fact they don't give you any actual codes compatible with Tufnell's legitimate website and have their own tracking page with a tracking code that isn't genuine. I ordered next day delivery and should, on paper, get my box today but the tracking page hasn't updated since 7 pm yesterday. Even if it does arrive bassed on the other reviews, I'll be surprised if its in good condition. Do your self a favour and buy the exact same dimensions on amazon for less and more positive reviews. Royal male sell boxes as well(UK). This company is just a bunch of cowboys with a very s*** website might I add.

Wanted to give them 0 but unable to. Missing items and no response from my emails and calls very disappointing. Happy take my money and deliver 75% of my order!! Shames as I had a good expiration 4 years ago. AVOID.

Very Bad service not all my order arrived and I could not accept the order as it was damaged. It looked like the boxes had gone through a shredder. Tried to contact them and there phone lines are not answered, be ringing for over 6 hours now and on hold for over an hour each time and then they just hang up and this is repeated everytime I phone back. They also ignore emails,once they realise they are in the wrong and won't refund the order. So please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! you will definitely be disappointed and left with nothing and with no refund.

This must be the worst online order experience I have ever had. Was promised next day delivery as I had a client deadline to achieve. Nothing arrived so had to let a client down which directly affected my business. Got an email (the day after the ‘goods’ were scheduled) saying apologies all items out of stock. Tried to call. No luck even though I tried multiple times and being told it was because they were so busy. So emailed. Nothing. Ordered off Amazon instead even though this but my budget out of balance. Fast, swift and easy and everything arrived as stated it would in excellent condition and exactly what I had ordered days before Packing Boxes delivery even arrived. Eventually, a sad looking, terribly wrapped pile of rubbish arrived from Packing Boxes . Only one item was correct (fragile tape) the other two totally incorrect. This was 12 days after the promised order would arrive. Sending ‘goods’ back and want a refund but I’m pretty doubtful it will appear. Lesson learnt.... should have read the reviews!!!!

The goods was delivered with missing items. I tried to call but could not access thrir customer service after over 21 minutes wait. Finally, the quality of the boxes is very low (one arrived already damaged). Better quality for half the price available from Amazon. It's a shame as I wanted to support UK businesses.
