“I bought two of the tan leather with white stitching Orbit keys and included embossing. i bought this as a gift and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and overall appearance of the embossing - very clear and concise! The orbit key idea is great and works well in practise. I would recommend this product to others.”

“This is an ideal piece of kit for re-cycling pressurised butane canisters that otherwise could not be put in the relevant household bins, it dispels any residue gas and pierces the can - result no longer pressurised, job done, pop it in the re-cycle bin.”

“Back office system failure! I received two emails, one telling me my order had been dispatched and then another saying it was out of stock. I made a phone call which resulted in an equal quality alternative being sent and received the following morning with a small discount. I am pleased with the way this problem was dealt with and with the alternative Swissgear laptop backpack, great quality and ideal for my son to take his MacBook to university.”

“Ordered Orbit key ring, realised i'd made an error on order, so emailed Outdoor365. I got an immediate response from Rachel Tozza. Despatch was same day, so had key ring within 2 days. There should have been 2 wave springs in box, however there was only one.again I emailed Rachel , who sent one out immediately. The service was fantastic and Rachel was so professional and friendly Excellent service . Again I want to say a very big thank you :D”

“I ordered a headtorch and put on my delivery note please post asap as I'm going away at the weekend. My note was read late even and even though the item had still been dispatched the following I received an email from Rachel saying that they have despatched another headtorch to me via special delivery and to just send the other one back when it arrived. I don't think I've ever had a comparable customer experience to this. Really doing everything to help me. Amazing. Thanks outdoor 365. I will be recommending you to everybody I know.”
