We did contact you regularly and have provided tracking details for your order. However, the delay in this instance was from Couriers delivering an international order which was out of our control. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service and it isn't very comforting that you felt let down on this occasion. We are now working to improve our international delivery timelines.
