“I am pleased with the bottle but very dissapointed in the battery performance. Despite following instructions for charging, it only seems to last for a few cycles and then needs charging again. Considering this cost me £200 I feel sumwhat diddled!”

“Outstanding service as always. Ordered Friday afternoon and delivered and installed by Saturday afternoon! I recently upgraded from my osmio zero which has been fantastic for 4 years. This was so very simple to plumb in. It took less than 15 minutes and now I don't need to keep doing the water. This is the best thing I've purchased since becoming a home owner! It's in constant use and I know all the parts are replaceable and repairable. Thanks osmio”

“Ive been a customer for 3 years now. I installed the Pro Ultimate Whole house kit, plus the mini-soft plus the Zero plus the Hydrogen Duo. Recently I swopped the Zero for the Fusion, and just now have come full circle- in as much as ALL the filters have now been changed on all items. So after the adjustment of having to keep abreast of all the filter changes, I can say that ive got the hang of it now, and I dont regret this journey. Osmio are a good company with great products! “Amazing product and equally amazing service! It really deserves a 5 star. This product enabled me to take my daughter to Paris and return healthy,. It's the first time I've travelled alone with her since having Multiple Sclerosis. The Osmio was easily carried around with me. When I had a small issue the company was very helpful and I was super pleased. Very happy with it indeed!”

“Had a problem with my Osmio Zero. Called Osmio and was quickly assisted by Sam. Ended up needing a new heating element which was supplied the next day. Fitted myself thanks to the detailed instruction video supplied by Osmio. All back working again - brilliant service as always!”

“Many thanks for exceptional customer service! :) I have asked many product questions and have always received quick and helpful responses, and recently my hydrogen water bottle developed a leak (it has served as my sole water supply for 2 years now!) and throughout the repair process the service was prompt, helpful, friendly and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer and can highly recommend Osmio Water”

“The water always tasted bad with chemicals taste for the first whole month of using new filters. After one year of using the machine, i have emptied it and stopped to use it for 2 months, then i have sanitised it properly, changed new filters - and for 3 weeks in a row i am drinking a water with the mold and plastic taste - its too expensive machine and filters to have so much issues with it - not recommended”
