“Ive been a customer for 3 years now. I installed the Pro Ultimate Whole house kit, plus the mini-soft plus the Zero plus the Hydrogen Duo. Recently I swopped the Zero for the Fusion, and just now have come full circle- in as much as ALL the filters have now been changed on all items. So after the adjustment of having to keep abreast of all the filter changes, I can say that ive got the hang of it now, and I dont regret this journey. Osmio are a good company with great products! David, Newmarket.”

“Amazing product and equally amazing service! It really deserves a 5 star. This product enabled me to take my daughter to Paris and return healthy,. It's the first time I've travelled alone with her since having Multiple Sclerosis. The Osmio was easily carried around with me. When I had a small issue the company was very helpful and I was super pleased. Very happy with it indeed!”

“Had a problem with my Osmio Zero. Called Osmio and was quickly assisted by Sam. Ended up needing a new heating element which was supplied the next day. Fitted myself thanks to the detailed instruction video supplied by Osmio. All back working again - brilliant service as always!”

“Many thanks for exceptional customer service! :) I have asked many product questions and have always received quick and helpful responses, and recently my hydrogen water bottle developed a leak (it has served as my sole water supply for 2 years now!) and throughout the repair process the service was prompt, helpful, friendly and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer and can highly recommend Osmio Water”

“The water always tasted bad with chemicals taste for the first whole month of using new filters. After one year of using the machine, i have emptied it and stopped to use it for 2 months, then i have sanitised it properly, changed new filters - and for 3 weeks in a row i am drinking a water with the mold and plastic taste - its too expensive machine and filters to have so much issues with it - not recommended”

“I needed a spare part for a leaking mixer tap bought several years ago. Luckily I had kept the invoice and contacted them directly for advice. They were so helpful and asked me to send a picture of where the leak was coming from. The replacement parts were suggested and I ordered them immediatly. They arrive after a couple of days and I was able to fix the problem without any difficulty. Their service to me, despite such a small order was exceptional and I thank them for their courtesy, advice and excellent efficiency. Certainly a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks”

“Fantastic piece of equipment. Wish I had bought years ago. No more plastic poison leaking into the water. Easy set up and easy to use. Will recommend to family and friends. This customer from Glasgow gives 100% customer satisfaction to the Osmio water machine.”

“Very happy with the Vit C shower filters. My husbands breathing was affected everytime he had a shower I suspected this was because of the chlorine so I bought the Vit C shower filter for electric showers and his breathing is fine now after a shower, I also noticed an improvment in our skin more colour and healthier looking. Osmio provide excellent service and top class products.”

“Parcel was badly broken, had been opened and resealed. Not overly impressed with the response, although I was offered a replacement, which I declined.”
