I ordered two masks from the Daily Mail back in July. Still waiting! I sent an email in December asking for a refund of my money. Still waiting! Not even received an apology or acknowledgement of my request. It’s now the end of January and still nothing. Not sure who is to blame for this mess but I’d think twice before ordering from the Daily Mail again.

It’s now almost December and I haven’t Received the masks I ordered in July and paid two lots of postage for. I’ve sent emails but heard nothing. An absolute disgrace!! Shame on you Daily Mail and Shame in Orla Kiely for not fulfilling your orders. A total rip off. I’m very angry I will never purchase anything through the Daily Mail again or from Orla Kiely 😡😡

Oh dear, paid for his n hers masks back on 23rd July and initially received a few emails advising they were delayed. Now, three months later no masks and they’re not responding to emails. It’s only a fiver but if I pay for something I expect to receive or get my money back.

I ordered 2 masks in July, never got a despatch email. Complained by email today .....reply came back .........surprise surprise ....LOST in POST. Refund will take 28days! Cobblers.

I waited 10 weeks for 2 masks and received no reply to my first email. After second email I was told masks must be lost in post yet I did not receive the promised email to let me know that the masks had been dispatched. Was informed masks were now out of stock and refund would be issued. Would give no stars if possible

I ordered 2 masks through Daily Mail promotion, never received and despite writing 3 times and sending a message via facebook asking for a refund I cannot even get a reply from them. Next stop, I intend reporting them toTrading Standards.

Along with many others, it seems, I was told that my TWO orders for Orla Kiely face masks had been `Lost in the post`. I found it unlikely at the time that two parcels had both been lost (I'd hoped that there were two parcels - i'd have been even more unhappy if they'd put two in one package after i'd paid two lots of p&p!). They'd already admitted that they'd had huge demand for the masks, so why not just admit that they didn't have enough to fill the orders and issue refunds? Better to be honest than try to put the blame on the Royal Mail!

Exactly the same as so many other people - ordered masks, not delivered, email 3 times to get any response and then told to wait 28 days for refund. Abysmal promotion in conjuction with very poor customer service.

Daily Mail are a joke cashing in on this pandemic taking on orders for masks and then having to repeatedly chase them for delivery updates. To be final told (as many others have) they must have got lost in the post. Own up Daily Mail! admit YOU got it wrong instead of blaming the postal services I will never purchase from Daily Mail again

Waited for months for face masks to be delivered. Contacted Daily Mail about this offer and was told these must have got lost in the post and was offered a refund instead. Seems to be a common problem although it appears to be the better option given the number of complaints about the quality of the masks!! How did Daily Mail get caught up in this offer???

Ordered two of the masks from the daily mail free mask offer. Still not arrived. They said an email would be sent when dispatched which I haven't had. Ridiculous to wait this long. I have sent two chasers and not heard anything.

Daily Mail Orla Kiely masks - Did not arrive by the due date so sent an email. Was told that I'd already received an email saying they were delayed (I hadn't been sent any email). Told to wait another four weeks. Did that - still no masks. Sent another email to be told, they're lost in the post and I'm not getting them. Postage refunds will take up to 28 days!! Not impressed Daily Mail

How did the Daily Mail get involved in this deal? The paper is always filled with articles complaining about many organisations. including the Government and yet they use this deal to sell a few more papers. It is 21 September and my wife and I have still not received our masks.

Yes had to wait several weeks for the ladies mask ( through daily mail therefore only postage to pay ) but i absolutely loved it - Very comfortable Sadly I have lost it and am not able to get another as they are sold out - I’ve been soo upset all day

These masks are way too small and the quality of the material is awful and not breathable at all. Both masks came in the same envelope so why 2 postage charges? I am so disappointed and feel a bit conned by Daily Mail/Orla Kiely. Not a quality product!

Rubbish, too small, no elastic in ear loops, flimsy. Not worth the cost of the postage.

Much too small, won't fit. Poor quality. Useless. Very expensive postage & long wait via daily mail. Reflects badly on brand name and paper.

Men's facemask no elastic and so tight - made my ears look like Mr. Spock. Absolutely terrible !!
