“I searched the internet for materials to build a glass balustrade and contacted many potential sellers only to find the service provided to be not what I required as a first time buyer who has no experience in the field. Then I phoned Origin Architectural and found what I wanted : a company who clearly knew about their business and could explain exactly how they could help me. Their customer service was absolutely first class and friendly. I recommend them fully to anyone who is looking to create original architectural features.”

“Really pleased with our privacy screen posts. They had to be at a specific height and were especially made by Origin. Troy helped design the posts and the obscured glass and was very helpful throughout. Really pleased with the service and product.”

“Outstanding service from Robyn. We ordered powder coated black posts. They arrived within a week. We then confirmed our glass sizes and the panels arrived in perfect condition a week later. The service was outstanding. It is rare to come across companies like this. Highly recommend.”

“Quality of materials first rate. Slight problem with delivery due to third party supplier but easily resolved. Customer service really excellent. The lady 'N' actually took the trouble to see where we lived in order to advise on type of materials required. All enquires about fitting were answered promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We had built a new deck and wanted a glass balustrade. We looked at lots of options and came across Origin Architectural. They responded immediately, helped us draw up the spec, gave great advice and a very competitive quote. After that the service was first rate - speedy delivery, top quality materials and always on the end of the phone if needed. The end result is first class. Nicole Hixon was a joy to deal with. Overall it was a top rate service.”

“Ashley from start to finish was there to help and give advise. I had tried to use another company before finding Origin. But I am so glad as they failed to get in touch. “I needed a glass balustrade and was a bit uncertain about whether I could do it myself. Nicole helped me to select the right components and all the way through the installation. The system was much easier to install than I thought I was worried about how exact my dimensions had to be but found it all really easy. I love the end result. Origin were so helpful and their product is great and I found it easy to install.”

“We were delighted with the service we received from Nicole at Origin Architectural. They have a fantastic product, prompt delivery and are competitively priced! When I managed to make a mistake with my measurements, all it took was a quick phone call and and the amended metal work was on site in less than 24 hours! I couldn't believe it! Overall, would reccomend these guys to anyone and will definitely order again. Thank you!”
