“This is the second time I have used Origin Bifold doors and on both occasions my doors were installed within 2 weeks of my order. The doors work effortlessly, look great and are easy to use by the whole family.”

“The final effect is stunning. Unfortunately 2 weeks after completion the contractor for the project has gone into liquidation without supplying our FENSA certificate.”

“The doors look great and supply and installation of the bi folds very quick and professional. However we have been waiting 6 weeks now of the external cladding to be fitted. Our contractor has been given a variety of excuses by the Origin supplier but it does not bode well for any after sales service. Also the warranty does not seem to be insurance backed which would give more comfort for such a long period warranty in this day and age.”

“They are lovely doors and windows. They open very smoothly, especially the bifolds which are amazing. The aluminium does seems to be easily scratched / dented so make sure they get covered if you have builders, especially the thresholds.”

“The product appears to be good quality, well built and has a long guarantee which is reassuring. But you don't find out what it's really like until you've had it some length if time.?”

“We love the new doors. There is a slight defect with one of the glass doors- a bit of rubber lining is showing in the glass. Acorn Windows are aware of this and plan to replace the glass.”

“I very much like the colour choice, the engineering quality of the product and the passion of your representative in Lincoln, Sean. I am doing a new build and so the product has not been tested over time and I have not yet lived in the house.”

“Fabulous quality bi fold door but just awaiting resolution of final issues relating to the integral blinds. The fitting company have been very responsive and helpful in resolving matters. Would highly recommend Origin doors and the fitting company and indeed I have to a colleague who wants something similar.”

“Although the product is good it did arrive scratched.The fitters installed it without telling us until after they had fitted it,I would have preferred they told us prior to fitting ,consequently it had to be repaired in situ at a later date As the doors were already fitted we were left with no option .The repair is not visable but to the touch is different Matt rather than smooth.Feel the fitters should have been more open.Our builders told us they arrived with protection only on the corners.”

“Looks good so far although it hasn't passed it's all year long test. Bought the product from one of its partners. Other than that nothing much to say for the time being tbh.”

“Love the doors but am disappointed that the sill running the length of the door is not the same length as the frame it about 10mm shorter either side of the frame. This has meant filling in with silicon that is disappointing. Few other installation snags that I will be taking up with the installer.”
