I would suggest some form of downloadable tape measure be investigated as especially with older houses it's hard to get an accurate measurement.”

“Bought 2 number black total blockout blinds. Well, where should I start!? With the great quality of these blinds? Of how well they keep the sunlight out? Or the excellent customer service team? I sleep very well in the dark, though not so well in the daylight. Got these blinds before last summer to help keep the very early sunrise out of the bedroom. They work like a treat and don’t look bad either. Unfortunately someone damaged the blinds, trying to open them the incorrect way. Got hold of the customer service team, to buy the spare part to repair the blind, but instead of Paul g for them, got this sent out free of charge. Cannot complain about anything really. Great product and a good price and great service! Will buy again!!”

“I actually ordered my blinds over the phone as I like to speak to someone that I can ask questions about anything I was unsure of. Delivery was good, we also had to change the brackets as I made a mistake on the measurement, replacements were sent out promptly although we did have to pay for the replacements.”

“Price, product quality and customer support are what I'm rating as 5*. I don't want to ruin what I understand is a digital metric in measuring something so volatile as a CX data point like these sorts of surveys BUT...your instructions on how to install the products you deliver suck. Get this fixed when you have some spare time, please. I've spent hours on DIY-ing and could've used some useful YT video or detailed slide with the kind of steps and good-to-know tips for doing what I think now...yeah, I'm confident I can aim at contracting to install these blinds for others.”
